Under new management. I can only speak for myself but I like this Marina. They bent over backward for me. Are honest and I like the fact you can do minor maintenance on your boat there. We recently purchased a bought that was stored at this Marina. We contracted to have an engine survey done through them to expedite the process. We were told it would be completed then next day. Wow! After a week went by with no word even after calling every day we finally learned the service mgr we spoke with had quit. We lost a week here. I finally got thru to Justin, the Gm. I have to say we went from being extremely irritated with the marina to not being able to say enough good things about them. Under trying circumstances for all, Justin and his staff, especially Beth, did everything they could to help us out. We would not hesitate to recommend Riverwatch and we look forward to cruising over there and visiting with them again once we figure out how our new boat works! We had nothing but wonderful and hospitable service from Randy Kniep, Justin Jones, and Beth Stabley. I couldn't believe how nice they were. We had boat troubles and had to stay for 2 more nights. Beth didn't charge us a penny. Randy fixed our hose for a very minimal charge and Justin Jones walked down to our boat in the heat of the day to see what was wrong with the electricity. (Operator error). He gave us great navigation tips on crossing the Okachobee, too. Beth told us we could keep our car there as long as we needed. We were afraid we were stranded for a few days, so we had gotten Lyft to get our car we left in Fort Pierce. So accommodating, so helpful! So nice! I have always had a great experience with Riverwatch Marina. They are so accommodating and the location and storage has offered an nice insurance break. Boats always need service and the techs here are expert and always seem to find the problem and fix it with minimal time. Dropping and fueling has never been a problem and I have never been crowded out at the end of a weekend. read more

After being completely robbed by Sundance Marina in Jensen Beach, I went to Riverwatch where I was treated with honesty and professionalism. They bent over backwards to get my boat fixed up, explained everything in detail, and showed me everything and explained. Unlike Sundance, who tells you one thing and does another, who has mechanics who are not certified to work on your engine work on it and destroy it then charge you. Rip off! Paid $650+ for a "detail" on an already clean Contender 23 Open and the part of the boat from the rub rail to a foot down didn't even bead water, like someone couldn't reach that high with the boat on a rack. I doubt 3 hours were spent on the effort. When I took the complaint to "Bill", expressing having received twice the result for half the price in the past, his question was "How old is the boat?". I told him it was a 2013 and for $650 I would expect some compounding to bring out the shine. He indicated he's never got a complaint before, as if I were simply lying. The dealer I traded it to put 3 guys on it and another boat for 8 hours and the thing looks near brand new (including the console interior), so it's not as if the boat was an issue. Apparently "Bill" has trained his customers to have very low expectations. Caveat emptor. ...oh, and when your boat gets a gash while being forked around, "Bill" calls it "rack rash" and takes no ownership; again to low expectations. read more

I would avoid this place at all cost. It is too far from the inlet, you'll get stuck behind bridges forever and a day, they damages my boat multiple times and get ready to feel like you are a target unless you are willing to give out tips tips tips! Had a terrible experience here. First of all it is 30 minutes away from the inlet, you have to go past three bridges including the train bridge which I can barely get past in my pathfinder 2200 which has no t-top. Admittedly I am not a big tipper, the people who work on the cranes don't seems to like that I guess. My boat was damages multiple times underneath the haul, because it was improperly handled. The Marina manager said they would fix it and even sent me a picture to my cell phone. They claimed they hired a glass guy to fix it... highly doubtful. The area of damage was rough to the touch, it looked like they had sand paperd it off. I now have to make an appointment to get it fixed on my own with a true professional. The last straw for me was that my best friend flew down from Virginia to celebrate my birthday, I called the marina the day before and asked them to put the boat on a charge for the full day and fill it with gas and "please make sure" it was in the water because I was going to be there early. We left the house at 4:00 a.m., was at the Marina by 5:00, guess what, the boat was on the rack and the Marina did not open until 8:00. While I was waiting for the Marina to open one of the customers who did have their boat in the water and was at the marina early and getting ready to go off shore casually mentioned that "a $5.00 tip goes a long way around here..." I would avoid this pace at all cost. I don't ever do this but today put me over the edge Make a schedule with riverwatch marina for today two weeks in advance All confirmed having to tow my boat 4 hours for a schulded appointment to fork it from the water 31ft twin diesel So being under no power we finally get it into the marina the dock hands where very helpful and so was Beth she was the one that was the most helpful and respectful Anyways ok no problem forks hit the water (has been pulled before on forks) They say they can't do it without damaging the running gear after 15 mins of dock hands checking it out Bill the manager ? Comes out and tells me they cannot do it there's a ramp accross the street What kind of marina can't handle a 31 foot boat? Anyways again there's a travel lift sitting directly behind the forklift that can lift my boat I respectively ask Bill no issues or getting mad about the forks and say can we use the travel lift to move it I don't mind paying the extra fee if there is one, my boat is too small for the travel lift was his response reminding me about the boat ramp and save money and take it across the street A.k.a. my boat was pulled out in Cape Canaveral via The same travel lift To wrap it all up I was like OK no problem being a little aggravated I was going to go across the street to the ramp Before leaving we needed some fuel in The towboat so we ask the dock hands to fill it up , again no issues at all except for my aggravated team who is helping me with the boat, talking to the dock hands they can't use the travel lift today the driver isn't working So you're telling me you have over seven hands working A busy marina and the guy that drives the travel lift is not it working , and not that my boats to small I was already over the fact but on top of Bill being very agitated by our boats original request he then told me that my boat was too small. he couldn't tell me that the driver wasn't available ???? I will never give any business to this marina again wish the old owners still had it if you have a 25 to 31 foot boat that needs to be pulled out of the water go to a different marina because with it being the closest marina it was also very overpriced and didn't help at all read more
