Based 20 minutes outside the main city centre Riverview sit directly upon the River Wharf for a relaxing atmosphere for residents. The a large home which specialises in elderly care for those with mental illnesses. The care home has over 60 rooms and 45 members of hard working staff. Riverview staff put their heart into their work and try to create an environment as close to home as possible. Residents have television if they are able enough to watch it and pets are aloud to create a homely atmosphere! The staff in the home and especially in the office are overly helpful and attend to any dietary or special needs of a resident. If you live in Leeds I would recommend a visit to Riverview if this applies to you. The decor is a little dated and old fashioned which is the only downfall. It looks like it needs a little makeover. Nevertheless the care provided is superb which of course is number one which seeking extra help. read more
