She even is extra flirty in front of their wives and girlfriends and she has to be like only 15 or 16 years old. Sometimes she even comes to the window with food in her mouth rushing the other workers out of the way. My conclusion is she needs the attention, but looking for it in the wrong places. Tips are best given through hard work and appreciation, not attention seeking jail bait. Move her to the back or better yet manage her and/ or FIRE. She is upsetting customers and the reputation, of a family home town ice cream shop. She flirts with men 15 - 90.

I was able to make my entire stop in under 15-20 minutes and had the option to refuel at Marathon that was conveniently located nearby.
