Went to Dr. Bachmann and she was no pressure and said the moderate Invisalign package would do what I wanted, which was also less costly. She did a great job and my teeth came out perfect. I have had a total of 4 upper molars pulled due to infection. The first two extraction visits were fine * but the last one was horrible. I had to have 2 pulled that time and the pain I went through was horrible. Due to damage to my teeth from chemo, during each of those visits I wanted to discuss a treatment plan for permanent dentures for top of my mouth but he kept putting me off . And I couldn't understand why. So my last visit I asked why he wouldn't discuss a treatment plan and he said because I needed a separate appointment even though preliminary work was done (full mouth X-rays and pictures) I figured he just wanted to charge for another office visit. I got frustrated and went to two other dentists and implant dental specialists to discuss. I then learned I am not a candidate for implants due to bone loss in area where Mission Hill did extractions because they did not do bone graphs as part of the extraction process. I have had many teeth pulled by other dentists and not one didn't give me bone graphs. Because of this my only option is dentures. I will never go back

In Florida, I have visited Dr Garcia three or four times. I found him a straight shooter. I thought he had a deft touch extracting a tooth - he split it and simply pulled out the smaller pieces. On an emergency basis (aren't they all!), his office took me each time, even though I was not a regular patient. I'm pretty discerning and I'd say, based on my limited visits, Dr Garcia is a good bet. One further note: Naples is not inexpensive. If you can get your services done home in Keokuk, Iowa, do so :)

It has become nothing but push, push, push for additional services other than typical twice a year cleanings. I like Dr. Mourselas and think he is a good dentist but ... I echo the sentiments of Stephanie G, Abigail K, Kjellaug Y, and Pete M. The first cleaning I had with Hygienist Alyson (a year or two ago) went the same as Stephanie describes - - Alyson was rude, unprofessional, condescending and has a nasty bedside manner. She is not pleased to have to deal with any medical issues a client may have. Due to vertigo and sinus problems, I am unable to be reclined back as far as she would like, yet she has no concern for anything but her own comfort. Likewise, the appointment setter, Claudia, is rude and obnoxious, stating that she told you something last time you were there, when she DID NOT. I was called less than a week before my six month cleaning and told that it would be a deep cleaning as discussed. They "mentioned" wanting to do it; but I NEVER AGREED to it - - and now they say they will no longer treat me if I don't have it done. I asked to speak with the dentist by phone and was told that I would have to make an appointment to see him in person, rather than a telephone call. I really only wanted to speak to him further about the procedure itself and privately question his staff's behavior, but because of Claudia's rudeness and pushiness, I decided to come here to let everyone know about my feelings publicly. Additionally, during the last visit, the dentist mentioned a small light colored area near one of my teeth near the gum (it has been there for years) and the dentist gave me a card to go see his buddy, a dental surgeon, to have a look at it. Two years ago, they stopped taking my insurance (claiming it was a slow payer), but I loyally stayed with them, and submitted repayments to my insurance myself for reimbursement; so now, all of a sudden, Claudia calls me a week before my appointment telling me I have good insurance and it will only be $35 for the deep cleaning. Furthermore, they will no longer treat me if I don't get it done. Could it be that they lost so many long-time clients they decided to again take my insurance? Working the system much? Poor business practices at the very least.

Had to go to the emergency room to get antiobodics. Very unclean place. I saw a dog walking aroud there before. Go to a better dentist. Seriously. Dr. Rodion Pinkhaov will work too quick. Do halfway done shotty work and dont care. But will look you in the eyes and say oh its straight your holding your mouth wrong. Or leave a bolt out of a implant becausethe teeth were made wrong and the hole dont line up. Then when you count the screws and say what about the last bolt. He will say oh they are all in there when thats not true. Then if you are adoment he will give in and drill the teeth to put a bolt in that fails later becauseit it won't hold the teeth right. He will. Skip being perfect and purposely leave teeth crooked. He told me ( while phone recording him ) they are just a prosthesis and don't have to be perfect. I said for 30,000.00 they should be straight. He said we'll I caint give everyone perfect teeth because I'll loose to much money. I said wow thats wrong. He never got my teeth straight. Went oner a year. 25 sets of cheep crooked teeth. Three implants he put in had to be taken out. Went bad. Then at the last put ctooked teeth on implants that 2 implants were spinning loose the nurse told me they are stripped out. Dr Rodion Pinkhaov said put the finals on them anyway they will stableize later. Completely shotty non careing Centerlines way off. Dark cc colors on teeth. Setbacks wrong , setback on teeth too far forward or to far backwards. He will leave the horozonal centerline slanted. High on one side and low on the other. A slanted bite. I saw 5 people in the waiting room with slanted bite , half tooth off centerline, setback wrong just like he did to me. ​​people were complaining to me and saying they have been comming a year over and over again replacing crooked teeth with crooked teeth and never getting teeth right and pressuring people into signing for finals then putting then Dr Pinkhavov putting crooked teeth in them keeping thier money. Leaving alot including me having to go somewhere else to spend another 30,000.00 to have a good oral surgeon to remove wobbly implants and make straight teeth. Use a credit card so you can file a dispute when he famously puts crooked teeth and wobbly implants in you. Because that's the only way to try to get your money back. It's a shame actually. I have recording of my visits on my phone recording in my pocket to prove what I say. Plus at least 100 written documents as proof as well.. I have at least 25 sets of crooked misaligned bolt holes teeth that he kept having his office staff that are not dentist make and all are wrong. I saved a bag of crooked teeth as proof. Please just don't let them be nice to you, give you coffee , make you feel important then and take your money up front . Then your going to go through everything I said above and get stressed out and broke. Because you will regret it. You will not get what you paid for. You will be upset. Lied to.
