When I found it would not pull my camper I went to trade it at a different dealer and they told me that it had been damaged on the right side. This was a surprise to me as well as it never mentioned it. Yes the damage had been fixed but this still shows up on a Carfax report and I feel effects the trade in value. Also I found out the truck came from an auction in New Mexico . I know by law they didn't have to disclose this because the dollar amount was not enough where they have to report it by law. But I would have appreciated it being a long time customer if they had told me

First thing the next morning we walked back to the dealership to tell them why my truck was there. They took me right in and could have hosed me for some major repairs. Turned out my fuel pump went while I thought it was something major. They were honest with me and did charge an arm And a leg for the repair.

All we wanted was a quick hook-up to their diagnostic scanner to find out what the problem code was. The woman at the service counter could have not been more rude. They were busy, they could maybe get us in on Friday, They would charge us $87 to put the scanner on it. Couldn't take 10 mins to help us out. Do not recommend this place unless you have time to wait & enjoy rude people.

They guys at CarSwap checked me out & determined the problem, but did not have the parts to get me going. They called all over the area to find someone who could help. The sent me over to Riverview Chevrolet as they were told they had some parts to help. Allison assured me right away that they would check everything over & see what they could do. She also offered me one of their vehicles to drive right away. I was too upset to take her up on it, so just went on a long walk. Chuck, one of their service techs, offered to check out my vehicle even though I had no appointment & he had other work to do. He was very thorough, & came up with a list of items that needed to be addressed--well over what the vehicle was worth. He even showed me what was wrong under the truck & showed me how it was very unsafe to drive it. He offered to fix the items that would get me home as safe as possible, for the least amount, as I would never be driving that truck again. They even threw in a free tire as one of mine was "out of round"!! Their kindness was just overwhelming!!! Later, Allison even insisted I go for lunch & get in some sales with their vehicle so that my entire day wasn't just used up in the mechanics shop!! Yes, it was a large bill, but they didn't have to add me to their list of repairs, & Chuck even worked through his lunch to put me back on the road sooner!! They went out of their way to give me the best customer service , as quickly as possible for as little cost as possible!! I am forever grateful!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
