YO - absolutely delicious…read more It was a really hot day when we stopped by and we just wanted to get a sweet treat. The people working were nice, they gave us speedy service. The portions are HUGE. My husband got a scoop in a cup, whereas my toddler had his own scoop in a cone, and I had my own scoop in a dipped cone. We enjoyed though - I know my little one did! The flavor options were not too adventurous, which was good when you just want a really easy flavor. There is seating inside, by the back entrance so we took advantage. It was warm inside though if you were looking for a really refreshing spot to sit in.

If you're looking for a sugar-filled snack to take on the plane, it's here. Lots of mass produced candy bars and candy bags available. They also have a wall of bulk candy and nuts - jelly beans, Reese's pieces, M&Ms and the like available for $1 per ounce. $16 per pound seems spendy to me but if you want to make up a trail mix bag with some of this and some of that, it's here. Mrs. wanted some licorice so I bought a box of that. Similar to what you would get the movie cinema concession and at similar prices. [Review 20001 overall - 278 in Missouri - 976 of 2023.]

It's kind of odd merchandise to be selling on St. Charles Main Street but I like it. They have a small selection of English teas, candies, and other nonperishable groceries. I went for the candy, obviously. Smarties, Cadbury, and a Twirl caught my eye. I spent a summer in Oxford when I was young and grew very fond of these candies. You can get them other places but nowhere that I know of in St. Charles. I'll be back next time I'm on Main Street!

Came here after an amazing dinner at Jalea to bring ice cream home to our kids and share in our…read moreanniversary celebration. The experience was just okay and follow up observations mean this business will no longer receive mine. Upon walking in, there was a couple eating ice cream at a booth, but it was otherwise empty minus the five workers leaning against the back counter waiting. They were all patient as we tried to decide what to get, but none of them came across as friendly. We ordered four bowls of ice cream and a cake for my wife to share with our son. Being that we were traveling, I asked for lids and a worker began handing me lids for ice cream that had not been given to us yet. After an awkward interaction, she took half of the lids while reached over the counter to secure the lid on one of the bowls. As for the ice cream, it was good and creamy. The cake was good too. Is it remarkable? No, but it is good. Here is the bad: - the shop was moved away from the heart of Main St. traffic and on a busy night, the shop showed minimal business. - the ice cream, while good, isn't good enough to take a special trip from the heart of Main St. - the workers, while plentiful and free to take your order, did not appear cheerful or happy to be there. - post-election, the owners shared an immature post assuring anyone who did not vote for Kamala that they were not welcome there (pictures shared because they are relevant). It is a disappointment to see what has become of what was once a landmark on Main St. I didn't vote for hate and all of that, but I can recognize the nonsense of refusing business to anyone who did not vote their way - especially in an area where two new good ice cream shops failed (Crave the Curls and The Baked Bear) over the last few years. If you want good ice cream and you are closer and this doesn't bother you, then it offers good ice cream minus friendly demeanors. If you are closer to anywhere in the heart of Main St., it really isn't worth the walk.
