The salesmen are flexible with their pricing and typically won't bother you too much, though sometimes you do have to ask for space (but it's their job so you really can't get pissy about it). They offer tons of tacky military decor if you're into that... you know, like the pictures of the soldiers with angel wings attached to them as they're saving a child from a burning building along with even more cringeworthy quotes and pictures like that. But you know what? People must be buying these horrendous pieces otherwise they wouldn't be up for sale. Customer service is pretty wack. We had to contact Ruby multiple times before she finally got back to us regarding a crack in our bed frame. I should add though that she was eventually helpful and did replace it without too much fuss. Delivery is free which is awesome but don't listen to the time frame that they give you because it is never accurate. We had a couch delivered at 5pm when we were told to expect it around 1pm.

There are 2 things that stick out to me in all of this is: I immediately notified the store within minutes of delivery of damages & 2nd: Shaun Massey not once reached out to me in a phone call or a text. Customer service means everything to me when shopping in any establishment & that does not exist here, this is the 2nd purchase I have made here, but there will not be a 3rd

It was in the time of COVID and we had to wait for 9 months for the delivery of our new sofa and loveseat. It arrived and...I hated it. The color was blah, my feet didn't touch the floor, the seats seemed lopsided with the stuffing. Then, the tears in the seams started. We purchased the furniture from Adirondack Furniture Company so I sent them pictures of the issues. They sent out a repairman. He did a great job, but the next year there were more rips in the fabric and pilling and fabric pulling apart, which we spent extra for the uber durable upholstery. This past spring, bless their hearts, I sent another email about rips in the head rests. Well, the furniture company, Adirondack Furniture Company, reached out to me and offered 100% store credit to get all new furniture 4 years after our purchase date. People...I think this is unheard of in today's world. Today I ordered a new custom recliner (for Buddy) and a new sofa, and I still have a store credit to apply to a chair for me...all expenses, including delivery and removal of the old furniture, is being covered by Adirondack Furniture Company. These folks stand behind their products! I am incredulous.

If you like the Adirondack style, then I want to mention and encourage you to visit ADK Home in Old Forge, New York. They have a Facebook page but they don't display much in inventory there.
