This review is for an associate, supposedly the Property manager of Superior Property Management…read moregroup at 5641 Burke Centre Parkway, Burke, VA. We submitted our application for a rental home along with the $60 fee only to find out that there were 6 other applicants in front of us. Eileen directly told our realtor that the first application processed was accepted meaning that the other 6 applicants were never processed or reviewed. Our application was never denied, just didn't have the chance to be reviewed since it was 7th "in line", which is completely understandable during these crazy times in the market. However, we basically paid $60 to send our application in...no processing was done, nothing was reviewed. This company pocketed almost $400 from people who applied who were never processed, which I think is incredibly immoral to take advantage of people during this time in the market. Rich directly told me that the best way to contact Eileen was through text messaging. I sent her ONLY professional, respectful text messages regarding our application to which she contacted my realtor asking "tell your client to stop contacting me". I spoke to an associate in their office in regards to getting a refund for the $60, he said to contact Eileen and it shouldn't be an issue...I emailed Eileen and she has refused to contact me directly. I sent our application and documentation via email, she refused to contact me or keep me updated with our application. She denied my request for a refund via Zelle and refused to acknowledge my email to explain or talk to me in ANY way. We are an active military family and this experience was awful.

He is picky, vague and slurs his speech, coupled with his poor communication skills, this makes him extremely hard to understand. Had to get my agent on the phone to understand what he was saying, even then it took seven minutes for him to make sense. He does not know a good opportunity when it is right in front of this face! He is blinder than a dying bat clinging for its last breath. But that is just it, he does help anyone out and he thinks only about himself. If you are not someone of noble birth with a flawless history and impeccable credentials do not ever consider associating with this self dubbed superior company. It is far for excellent. The opposite of superior. Yes, Inferior.

There is no one I would trust more in property management or real estate. I worked with Tiffany for…read more5 years as one of her property managers before transitioning to a new career in 2016. She has a high level of integrity and is always striving to learn as much as she can about the new laws and practices for both real estate and property management. Not only did I work with Tiffany prior to switching careers, I used her to purchase our first home this month. This was not a large sale, in fact I would bet on the fact that it was one of the smallest ones (price wise) that she had dealt with all summer. However, even for such a small sale, Tiffany went above and beyond to help make this sale go through. I was 9 months pregnant and had difficulty making the inspections. Tiffany and her team stepped in to handle things when my husband and I physically couldn't. She checked on our property multiple times to keep up with the long list of inspection items that needed completed before settlement. I knew she was a good agent but this is the first time I had experienced her level of care and detail first hand. My husband and I will forever be grateful to her for making this sale go through during such a busy time in our lives.

Everyone here is amazing. I've worked with Tiffany for years now. They literally gave us one…read moreamazing tip after another. Every time they came out we tried to have things nice than before. Most home owners don't really invest in their property. When we moved in there was a jungle in the front yard. As it got more and more out of control Freedom decided to come out and get it cut out of there and put down grass. This made our lives incredibly easier. They re-did the roof while we lived there. The furnace died in a fireball (maintenance guy who was working on it let us know.) Anytime something went wrong they were there, being proactive always. Even now I think back on how nice everything was with them. My new home while it's amazing to own a house there's a LOT more responsibility to it. When I first moved in I had explained to the staff here that I wanted to get ready for owning my own home and they were super supportive. Whenever we did inspects I always got tips. They LOVE animals, and even made a special exemption for one of our babies that we rescued. I cannot thank them enough for all that they've done for my family and I. I just saw the deposit refund. I had incredible amounts of trouble moving, and even still the new house isn't set up well enough. 2 Days ago the sewer backed up into our basement... Carpeted... basement... @.@. The point is that they were INCREDIBLY generous with the deposit refund, they could have easily claimed a bunch more items for repair and yet they didn't. I couldn't have asked for someone better, and 10/10 would ABSOLUTELY rent from them again!

Little if any interest in circumstances of a move and and quick to charge for almost everything. For example, bad refrigerator was supposed to be replaced with one similar to it. Instead almost a dorm size refrigerator appeared. Appeals for more heat during the winter proved fruitless . The only bright spot are the youngsters working for him. Pity they have such a bad mentor. Impossible to get complete damage deposit back even if you were Martha Stewart. I say again avoid. They are now doing business under Remax executive label. Nothing else is changed.

I must say I was so happy to find a place that was so willing to go beyond to help me find a place…read moreduring my transition. I was very new to renting and was so thankful to Xenia for taking the time to show me the few places we could see. The place I liked definitely needed a paint job and new carpet in which I was told they would do as it didn't show well. Still I was willing to forgo all that if they would go to 1850...and they agreed.I had my heart set on one place and was told to give fill out an application along with the application fee of 65 and security deposit of $1950. I asked cause it changed from $1850 to $1950 as owner decided they wanted to update home and wanted $1950. I wasn't sure I would be approved on just my salary. When I was approved 5 Jan of this year, I had reservations when I read the lease. So I backed out early this morning. I sent an email and even called but I kept getting the run around. And later this afternoon I was given a mean condescending email from Gustavo. Saying the landlord of Occoquan overlook drive used my money to update his home for my move in. A security deposit on the application said security deposit may be refundable. Yet my security deposit was used to update a home and not used for as intended. Now I updated a home for the next renters. This home would have rented for $1950. I feel the application wasn't as clear as it should be for a first time renter of anything. I feel as a mom and going on being single woman that I was taken advantage of. I worked 3 jobs to save for that deposit and it is very disheartening to have to leave a bad review. They knew they were going to keep my money all along and it was very greedy of them to do so, even after I had reservations. The lease is enough to scare you out of the place. And this is most of my reasoning for backing out. See they don't give you everything in a lease in your application when you sign. I am sorry Xenia. I will not be doing business with your company again. I really thought you had my back. I am a hardworking woman and I really thought you should have told me of what I was in for and for your company not to give my deposit back as I didn't move in is wrong. No funds should be used to update a home that didn't show well. That should fall on the landlord to do so and not a security deposit of mine, seems so unethical. It is very greedy. Update took this to small claims and won my deposit back...
