The staff is very friendly and got X-rays done very fast. The procedure was very quick and painless. I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT! Even The needle gun the doctor used didn't look intimidating. I really want to Thank The Staff cause they were REALLY supportive and friendly. After the procedure I realized I wasn't feeling good (didn't drink anything since the day before) cause I was badly dehydrated. They took me care of me and made sure I got enough water until I was good to go. The only bad thing I have was the doctor forgot to give me antibiotics, so a few days later I felt bad. Thankfully he called one in and a day later I was good to go.

We have never waited; always prompt. He certainly takes the time to explain everything and make sure you're comfortable with the procedures. He had 2 assistants in the room helping w the X-rays and procedures. All were like family. Wisdom teeth were pulled 20 years ago, and when it came time for tooth extractions, we disliked the surgeons (after going for consults) that were being recommended to us and so sought to find Dr Greenwald again. Finding him, we were happy he was still in practice (50+ years and still loving his job!), and had the same relaxed, comforting experience for 2 more people in our family. He is worth the 40 min trip for us. We will definitely use his services again if ever needed and would highly recommend him.

First appointment of the day, and he was still running late. I was taken into a room, as were three other people who arrived after me. This means that he is quadruple-scheduled, and sure to run late. Misdiagnosed an X-ray, telling me that he saw nothing in the gum, when in actuality there was a piece of tooth in the gum....which was indicated by the referring dentist. Oral surgeons are responsible to place the implant in your jaw, but they don't put on the crown. I had an implant done by Dr. Greenwald, and it failed miserably. He implanted a type of screw that my dentist had great trouble working with. My dentist needed to special order tools to work with Greenwald's implant, and this ended up costing me more. Now, less than two years later, the implant has failed. Also, Greenwald doesn't accept insurance assignment, and insists you pay in full on credit card up front before he will even work on you. This ensures he gets paid up front, leaving you 100% pre-paid for his shoddy work. In my case, my insurance paid 50%, and although I had paid in full up front, when the insurance assigned the payment to Dr. Greenwald, he kept that money, too, and I had to go there in person and raise a stink to get my money back. He was more than willing to take the money I paid and the money the insurance paid for a procedure that ultimately failed. THIS PLACE IS CROOKED. Stay away!!!

Very very efficient and pleasant to talk to. I am very sensitive to pain, and the thought of needle gives me pain. But Dr. Gordon without fail, each time he has done a fantastic job in managing that for me. He also does play-by-play while he works on your teeth. Personally, that alleviates tremendous amount of anxiety for me. He rebuilt my teeth and it looks amazing. I have it done by other dentists before, and Dr. Gordon's work is 10x better. Another nearby dentist's office did a horrible job bonding one of my front teeth- the bonding ended up breaking off within hours, and it looked terrible. I was horrified and embarrassed, and did not want to return to that dental practice to get it fixed after what a terrible job they did. Frechtman Family Dental squeezed me into their schedule at the last minute, first thing in the morning the DAY BEFORE Thanksgiving to fix my tooth so I didn't have to go too long with my tooth broken. Dr Frechtman did an amazing job, and my fixed tooth looks great! I am forever grateful. My second visit was earlier today for a routine exam/cleaning, and again, I was very happy with my visit. Everyone who works there is so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The office is very clean and neat, has a very relaxing/calming atmosphere, and is of course following COVID protocols. My exam/cleaning was thorough and painless, and I was given a lot of helpful information. Everything was perfect.
