Office 212 745 7727.. So I called them 4 times (last week and today) just to get the simplest answer Y or N. Instead they just took my info again..promised to call me back.. And then nothing!! I just keep calling them but they r useless.. Its such a waste of time..it is frustrating!! Very very very disappointed with the office staff.. Didn't even have a chance to meet a Doctor!!
