He is the nicest doctors I have seen in a long long time and you will agree when you meet him…read more My daughter had been complaining of pain in her toes at night atleast couple of times every week.Repeated visits to her pediatrician were turning out to be futile because he thought it would go away as she grows up. A year and half later, and after two consecutive nights of crying in pain, I walked in to the pediatricians office demanding for a referral for a podiatrist.I called the number he gave me and made the appointment the same day.Staff was very courteous and pleasant over the phone. On the day of the appointment,I picked up my daughter from school and googled the address and lo it was less than a block away from where we live.I wonder how I had missed it.After filling out the required forms, had to wait for another 45 minutes and by then I was starting to get little impatient. There were atleast 10 more patients in the waiting room We were called in and there stood a man with the friendliest face ever.In less than 2 minutes he and my daughter were best friends and she was happily explaining to him about how and where it hurts her etc etc.Once he was done talking to her he explained to me that her feet were very flat and she would need to wear inserts for a year in her shoes to fix the arch of her foot.He took us to another room where he measured her foot with a scanner. He made everything seem so much fun and he even explained to her about the inserts and how if she wears them every day her boo boos would go away.My daughter is just 4 and honestly he didn't have to explain to her.But he took the extra time to create the rapport with her and treat her like an adult. Few weeks later, we received the call from his office that the inserts were ready and we could come in and have my daughter try them on.Again spot on attitude from his staff and he again reiterated to my daughter how important it was for her to wear these everyday and although it might not be so comfortable first couple days she will get used to it. My daughter has never complained about these inserts and reminds me if I ever forget to put them in her shoes because her doctor told her to wear them everyday. Its been two months since she has been wearing her inserts and she has never complained of her aching toes since then. Do yourself a favor and go see Dr Welch if you ever need a podiatrist. He will fix you right up.Doctors like him are rare.

Every time we have seen him he has done an AMAZING JOB, he made my daughter feel safe with talking to her step by step. His patience was AMAZING my daughter is SCARED of needles, but he was honest with her and spoke to her every step of the way. The way he handles her and her fears honestly helped, I am sorry but he is the only person I TRUST with my daughter and her ingrown toenail. I can honestly say I would travel long distances if needed just to see him, Dr. Welch thank you to you and your staff for all that you do. I would recommend this office and Dr. Welch to EVERYONE... There is VERY little to no wait at all to go into a room after checking in, every room is clean and spacious. I am pleased from when I check in with the ladies at the front desk to the medical assistants to the doctor. Thank you again for helping my baby and making us feel at ease through our visit.

After I got my inserts I was asked to come back in 2 weeks even though I had reportedly asked if I needed to if there wasnt any pain. On the day of my visit after driving around half hour for parking and paying for it I realize the doctor wants to charge me for my follow up meeting. I wouldn't pay since I had let him know I had no pain even before coming in and was insisted on making the trip. The receptionist was being arrogant too adding to my frustration. Finally the doctor saw me and said if I didn't have pain I didn't need to see him and before I could ask him anything more was gone. Secondly I had paid for my inserts on my first visit and when I contacted them for my balance they said I had an outstanding balance of over $1000. after months of back and forth and no responses they sent over a cheque even though they had the money from the insurance long ago. I feel if I hadnt chased them I wouldn't have received my cheque 1.5 years after. So please do your research and ask questions about everything here. No-one deserves to be cheated out of their money.

Dr. Iannuzzi openly admitted to me that he's involved with real estate on the side and this is no longer his main business. Perhaps this is the reason for his lack of professionalism.
