At Rockfish they are serious about fresh fish cooked to perfection. When I opted for the lunchtime special we picked two courses for £15 which were absolutely delicious. (My favourite being their house special of grilled seabass). The lobster meat was sweet, bursting with lobster flavour and it was the perfect pasta dish and spicy even - a slight surprise given that my boyfriend told me that we would not find good food in Wales. I could have easily had a second serving of that tasty dish. Scampi was very good but Lobster and in Summer, Mackerel are the seafood choices to go for. On a gloomy rainy day, the delicious food can be enjoyed in their cozy and beautiful pub or on a sunny glorious day, if you're early enough, you can have your meal while overlooking the bay of New Quay which is a treat.
