Excellent experience. I came in with persistent sensitivity and pain in a tooth after a recent dental procedure (from a different dentist), and the Dr. Sadighim took the time to listen carefully, examine the area, and identify the source of the problem. Rather than recommending unnecessary or aggressive treatment, the exposed/sensitive dentin was treated and filled conservatively. I really appreciated how thorough, attentive, and professional Dr. Sadighim was throughout the entire visit. Everything was clearly explained, my concerns were taken seriously, and I felt very "comfortable" with the treatment plan. It's refreshing to find a dentist who focuses on solving the actual problem while preserving as much of the natural tooth as possible. So much so that I've already booked for my next procedure/cleaning/check up. Highly recommend!!! read more

I would just like to leave a quick review stating how I had a great experience today with Dr. Soleymani and his assistant, Ms. Jenna. They were both so informative, attentive and caring. I will definitely be coming back for any of my dental needs. read more

I needed to see a dentist for an emergency situation: extraction of a molar and wisdom tooth. After a friend of mine referred me to Riverside Dental in Sherman Oaks, and to Dr. Ruben Soleymani, I called his office to make an appointment. Understanding that this was an emergency situation, his office manager, Katy, was sympathetic and was able to squeeze me in on short notice. Dr. Soleymani was kind, knowledgeable, and extracted both teeth and did a bone graft in such a painless manner, I didn't even know the first tooth had yet been pulled until he showed it to me. He advised me of a sensible dental plan to adhere to for the results that make my wallet happy, and smile big. I look forward to working with Dr. Ruben, and his dental assistant, Yvonne (who was fantastic and reassuring the whole time) for all my future dental needs. I cannot recommend him enough! read more

While the front desk employees are very nice and the dentist himself was personable, the dentist recommended several unnecessary and costly procedures. One of them was a $3,000 gum lowering surgery, and the other recommendation was for two cavity fillings. I requested my x-rays after the appointment and uploaded them to ChatGPT, Grok and Dentulu (AI dentist). All three AI agents concluded that I did not have cavities that needed to be filled. Additionally, I am not experiencing gum sensitivity or tooth sensitivity. The dentist and periodontist used fear mongering tactics to persuade me to schedule the gum lowering procedure in particular. I was not willing to spend $3,000 to correct an issue that doesn't cause me any symptoms. Besides the used car salesman tactics, the cleaning was sufficient and the nightguard they made me works great. I just don't want to be upsold on invasive procedures that I don't need. read more

On time, friendly, considerate, clean, 'at home' feeling! Parking may be a bit of a challenge, so make sure you have a few minutes to spare!

Where there are so many dentists to choose from, I'm lucky I got a referral from someone whose teeth are beautiful. Dr. Kathiriya takes her time and so far has done a really good job. I'm still in the process of getting a bridge done. This is the first time I had Novocain shots and didn't feel a thing. I only wish she took Medi-Cal because I've used up my insurance for now. Maybe I'll win the lottery or sell a screenplay and can afford her to do all the work I need to be done. I highly recommend Dr. Kathiriya. read more

I am beyond impressed by Dr Kathiriya and her office staff. I needed emergency dental treatment to correct problems that derived from a previous root canal performed by a previous dentist. She was so attentive to my tooth pain sensitivity and very skilled at correcting root canal issues. I was in the process of switching dental insurance companies and their staff effectively coordinated with my old and new insurance providers. Dr Kathiriya also did follow up call to check on me next day which is very rare from a dentist nowadays. Huge thanks-they earned my strongest recommendation! read more

Having recently moved to the Sherman Oaks area, one of my first orders of business was to locate a reliable dentist. My wife took notice of the 5 star rating Riverside Dental had on Yelp and option to schedule an appointment on Saturday. I was able to get the Saturday appointment without any delay and staff was very courteous and professional over the phone. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff members and there was little to no waiting time. When I met Dr. Kathiriya, I immediately felt at ease as she explained her course of action in terms of my dental work. I cannot emphasize enough what professionalism and compassion Dr Kathiriya exuded, which I find extremely important as I suffer from slight dentist anxiety. Moreover, she and her assistant Natalie were extremely gentle in their craft. Bar none the best dental experience I have ever had in my 33 years and would 100% recommend them to family and friends. read more

I heard about Dr Kathiriya's office through a family member. When I called to make an appt, they were super sweet and in my price range. They scheduled me in right away and answered all my questions patiently. I got cleaning and some fillings done during my visit. Even though I had little problem finding parking around her building in the afternoon, I didn't mind at all as service was amazing and I couldn't believe the results. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. They really put their patients first and treat you like family. I'm so happy I came here. Thank you! read more

Dr. Bhumika Kathiriya and her entire team are so friendly and helpful. This is truly a different experience from any other dentist. Dr. Kathiriya always walks me through all my options and tell me exactly what work she will be doing. She's never tried to upsell me on treatments that I dont need. I went to her for veneers and she did a great job with that treatment. Her follow ups after procedures are great and she always makes sure that patient is happy with the result. Katie from front office does great job in setting up appointments and benefits looks up. I highly recommend Dr. Kathiriya to all my friends and family! read more

My root canal needs retreatment now. The file broke in my tooth and now I need to see an Endodontist. I do not recommend.

Dr. Kathiriya and her staff are fantastic. I've been referred to them by my neighbor and have great experience every time I go there. I had cleaning and two fillings done on my first visit and extraction done on 2nd visit. I couldn't be happier with the way my teeth looks. They schedule patients accordingly so there is no waiting and Dr. Kathiriya tries her best to take you in quickly and works diligently with good explanation. Their prices seem quite fair and they also offer payment plans. That's a dentist who cares about her patients! Parking is easy, everyone is efficient and nice. I was a patient of Dr. Racz's for over ten years, and was extremely devastated when he left. I was very reluctant to see Dr. Kathiriya as my expectations were very high. I was pleasantly surprised and then some. She is patient, precise, careful, attentive, and sweet. I have seen her three times, and could not be happier with her and her staff. I highly recommend her to anybody that is looking for a great dentist who really cares. read more

The clinic deteriorated significantly since Dr. Racz retired. While surely this clinic could use some updates, looks like they only replaced the sign and the receptionist (for some reason she talks like she is the doctor and she "will see me". Extremely annoying). No respect for patient privacy - I was seated and left in the room while the file of the previous patient was still displayed on the computer. The assistant/nurse kept coughing at me throughout the procedure (at least she had a mask) and tried to brutally pierce my tongue with some object. And while it seems the dentist herself was doing a decent job (time will tell) the fact they overcharged be more than what we agreed *prior* to the procedure left a very bitter taste. This is NOT ok. read more

I was a long time patient (20+ yrs) of Dr Racz and very happy with him. Even traveled from the West LA for his services. Of course I was concerned upon hearing of his retirement, but I knew what a good person he was and he wouldn't leave his practice to just anyone. So, I kept a open mind and gave Dr. Kathiriya a try. It's like Dr Racz never left. Same excellent care, and I've had work done beyond cleanings with Dr. Kathiriya. Same consideration of what is best for the patient and most cost effective. Same great staff. I'm very happy with Dr Kathiriya and so grateful that Dr Racz choose such a great qualified person to take over his practice. One can't go wrong here, and I'll still travel from West LA to be under such great, kind, care. read more

Dr Kathiriya and his staff have completely changed the way I feel about the dentist. One of my friend referred me to Dr Kathiriya's office after having great experience.
