Before my appointment, no one reviewed or explained the charges for my deep cleaning. I have dual PPO insurance, and I know deep cleanings are covered, yet I was still charged a significant out-of-pocket amount. I was never informed that a laser would be used, nor that it would be an additional charge per quadrant. I assumed it was part of the standard procedure. This was never discussed or consented to prior to treatment. Even more concerning, my son and I were separated and taken to different rooms, and they proceeded to do multiple fillings on my son without ever informing me how many were needed or asking for my consent. No one came to explain the treatment plan before starting, during my own procedure, or afterward. As a parent, this is completely unacceptable. At no point was I given a clear treatment plan or cost breakdown for either of us. Despite having dual insurance coverage, I was still charged $621 out of pocket. When I asked for an itemized receipt, I was told they could not provide one, which is a huge red flag. This office feels extremely money-driven, with poor communication and questionable consent practices. I truly regret not paying closer attention to the reviews before booking here. Transparency, consent, and trust are critical in healthcare--and this office failed on all three. Please avoid this place and protect yourself and your family.

I have attached it to my review since you're essentially calling me a liar. The X-rays were blurry. As mentioned below: I got a second opinion and the doctors there had to RETAKE X-rays because what I provided was not clear. Again: I went to this office every three months. The visit before I was quoted close to 5,000 dollars the dentist and hygienist who looked at me cleaned me up and gave me the OK. Now I will add- I had fillings done at your office in August of 2025 (the visit before I was all cleared, as aforementioned above). I go to a new dentist and come to find out they spot cavities decaying under the fillings done here. FIVE MONTHS after the work. Now Insurance will not cover this, because you had already done work on the teeth. If anything, I am being gracious with my review. I requested for my X-rays (which were blurry) to be sent to me, and I sought out a second opinion. The dentist there suggested an alternative plan that was far more in line with work I've gotten historically. Moreover, I sent my x rays and treatment plan to an out of state dentist in my family, as well as a sibling who was once a dental assistant, and both agreed the suggested treatment plan was excessive and used methods that cost far more than necessary (fishy). The second opinion offered me a revised treatment plan + free x rays to correct the blurred ones. I went from a projected 2200 after insurance bill at TruGlo to aprox 200 after insurance. This, compounded with the fact that I feel as though every visit comes with a free complementary sales pitch for one thing or another, flagged one too many suspect alarms in my head for me to justify returning in the future. I understand that dentistry is not the same for everyone, and can be subjective from doctor to doctor. With that being said, I go for cleanings once every three months, so even if this extensive treatment was required, why is this the first I'm hearing of it? I go from a few fillings to suddenly needing multiple porcelain crowns. I feel like we skipped a couple steps in between those two drastically different procedures. All of the equipment is modern and top of the line, but that doesn't cover for my prior info. Also, I almost always have a new doctor see me each visit. There's no way for me to establish a recurring relationship! Finally, why regretfully? Well, this dentist is across the street from one of the best espresso shops in Los Angeles- Maru. No other dentist will bring me the equivalent joy and anticipation that truglo gave me, every time I came in knowing I'd be getting a Maru Cream top. RIP my quarterly cream top :-(

From the very beginning, Dr. Saleh took the time to truly listen to her concerns and made sure she felt comfortable and involved in the process. What really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail, he created different design previews showing how her smile would look with just the four implants, as well as an option with ten front teeth. This helped us make the best decision for a natural and beautiful result. Even more impressive, he was able to complete everything in just four appointments. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any dental office…read more Do yourself a favor, don't waste your thoughts, your time, your money, and especially your dental health to this office. There is nothing special here, they spend their time creating Instagram videos to lure people in. But the doctor doesn't actually do the work, he is the salesperson, once Sam Saleh sells you and takes payment, then the damage starts. Two other dentists you never heard of or were introduced to actually come in and do the work. You never see "the salesman" except for a few quick looks and then gone again. Now, lets talk about their actual work. I came in for 3 crowns and 1 veneer. The 4 front teeth (7-10) I have had work on this area from a few different dentists as it was from an accident as a child, I am 47 now and have seen many dentists over the years. I came here like most, sold by the internet marketing and all the AI videos showing the final results of their "supposed" work. Some other dentist came in and started prepping me, I never met her or was told someone else would actually do the work. She was very nice, like all of them, nice at first. They made the temporaries, those looked great, so I had high hopes that driving from Newport Beach to Beverly Hills was worth it. Was I wrong, when I went back 3 weeks later for the final work, it was completely messed up. Nothing like the temporaries or anything we talked about. All their "in house" dental lab did, was scan the old work I had and copy and print the exact same work. But they looked worse than what I had. I got to see the actual doctor again, Sam, and he also was not happy with the work. So, now once again back in temporaries. Each time you have to visit this office, it is a 10 hour day, 3 hours to drive in traffic there nd back, Beverly Hills is not an easy area to get to at any time of the day, plus pay to park. And I know a lot of people are flying in, save your money and your future negative thoughts. Your local dentist has better capabilities than this office, a real dental lab who works with many offices does a much better job than any in house lab can do and I had to learn the hard way. Back in my temporaries. The work was to be completed before I left on vacation for 2 months, which I could not change due to the dental office errors. I had to sit in temporaries for those 2 months and when I got back, they made me wait another month to get back into the office for the finals. Now that they were paid in full. When I got back in Sept 2025, I went to the office, another dentist came in to cement the finals, first Dr. Saleh put vaseline in with the finals to see if they looked ok to me, he took me outside to see and from there they looked ok, it was hard to tell since vaseline was all over the gum area, but at this point, I wanted something final in and I said ok to putting them in. At the end, your gums are so tight from all the numbing, you can't really tell if the work is done correctly. After leaving, I noticed one tooth was longer than the other. When I went to my regular dentist for a cleaning and that office wanted to see their final work, immediately my dentist said, no, no, I can see right when you walked in that the colors don't match each other, you look like you have a gap and one front tooth is longer than the other. Then he looked inside my mouth, and that's when they discovered the open margin. I originally thought it was leftover cement. Dr. Sam Saleh's other dentist didn't seal the crown properly and most likely both that dentist and Dr. Saleh saw this open margin and just ignored it, hoping a year would pass and they wouldn't be liable anymore. I confronted them about the open margin with a second opinion from a prosthetic dentist. He noted the 1mm open margin, said it was sub standard according to what he saw and what the Dental Board would agree with. I asked for a refund of $3500, this is what I paid per tooth. Dr. Sam Saleh did offer to give me the refund, but they wanted me to sign away their liability to all the dental work and I could not write any disparaging reviews. $3500 per tooth I paid, and that was after they negotiated from $4500 per tooth. Just go to your local dentist, stay in your area, if it is not done to your satisfaction, you will need to go back and forth at your cost.
