I am writing this review one year and 9 months on from when I went to this dentist. It isn't until now that I realised just how entirely incompetent the dentist I was unfortunate enough to have was. She basically told me I had to have a tooth out (I went in for a root canal), that the tooth was too far gone and there was nothing that could be done. On top of that, she was very rude and cold to me, when I was absolutely terrified. And I was still nothing but polite to her in all my upset. Anyway, I didn't want it taken out so she said she could temporarily fill it, but then I would have to come back to have it taken out. I bookef another appointment but didn't go...of course, so so scared! So the year and a half passed and I started to get bad toothache. It just so happened that it was when I was visiting family in Germany that it got unbearable so my grandad arranged to take me to a local dentist. To my surprise, I was immediately told the tooth would be saved!!! No way did I expect that! And this is with another year and 9 months damage mounting up in my neglect of getting it sorted due to the fear this terrible woman had instilled in me! The German dentist went on to tell me that this dentist I had in England had told me all sorts of rubbish and must have been completely unworthy of her license. As such, I am shocked, though very happy I no longer need to lose a tooth (which funnily enough I'd come to terms with, ha!) Anyway, this is the first complaint I have ever made, but I thought it was important. Also, I don't remember her name, shall try and find it out, though she was eastern european (I think Polish).
