On the site of the former newsagent this nhs dentist opened summer 2008, much welcomed! The surgery is exceptionally clean and the waiting area is spacious so you can sit in peace waiting to go through for your appointment. The problem is trying to get a check up appointment is a nightmare, you are looking to book atleast 3months in advance so if you have a bit of tooth ache you've got a long wait!! (better to go through the emergency dental route!) There is not a lot of tlc in my experience you rather feel like you are on a conveyer belt getting pushed out of the dental chair as soon as the work is done and before you have had the opportunity to ask about the next stage of treatment, and it can also be a fight to get the next appointment on a day which you can actually make! read more
