I'm a real coward when it comes to the dentist and this seems to be getting worse as I get older but everyone at the practice is aware of this and helps me as much as they can. Mr Bateman is excellent at talking me through exactly what he's going to do and why he needs to do it and keeps me updated throughout on how long it's likely to take. The dental nurses are very good at chatting to me (when it's appropriate to do so) to distract me from what's going on. I can't say that I'll ever look forward to going, but everyone at the practice takes the time to make me feel as comfortable as I can which goes a long way to taking the fear out of treatment

The staff and Dentist were extremely pleasant to deal with and the filling was quick, painless, and healed same day. Absolutely top notch service and care, and I am beyond grateful for their service. The surgery itself is always clean, well kept and the equipment they use looks new (X-Rays for example are instant). The receptionists there are clearly well trained, pleasant and always act professionally. I've had the same dentist for the 3 years, and again always had a pleasant and professional experience with him, he seems well experience and work very efficiently. Going to the dentist is never much fun, but this is by far the best NHS surgery I have ever been to.
