Jordan is a rare find these days in that he is an old school highly trained and highly experienced actor who has worked both the east coast and in los angeles. I came to him as a beginner actor, and he is VERY good at teaching beginner actors as he covers the basics relentlessly and repetitively until its ingrained in you..and even then he will remind you patiently when you start to slip into old habits that do not help your craft...He set my whole foundation for acting and I am STILL learning from his notes constantly as there are layers to his expertise.he will take a conservatory approach with his students and recommend resources to ensure they get as overall an education as possible, just as he received years back..You really do need to have three things to thrive in this class: dedication, take the art of acting seriously, and be prepared to take constant feedback that will only benefit you..if you have these three things you will get along with Jordan just fine..he does take his classes and his craft seriously and that is very refreshing in a time when you have a lot of flimsy acting classes...you will have fun but you will also learn ALOT if you pay attention...Riverside is very lucky! I am middle aged male Hispanic, English being my second language and having absolutely no acting experience what so ever. I have always been interested in the movie industry, so I decided to do research on an acting school in the city of Riverside. I signed up for a couple of classes at the Riverside Film Acting Class just to test the waters. In the class, there is array of students from different walks of life, ages and acting experience. It was an eye opening experience for me to do my first cold reading with a live partner in the presence of other acting students, and an unbiased camera that does not lie. My instructor Mr. Lund and the other students are always patient with me and adapt to my level of skill which is a different shade of green every class. Like all crafts, you have to be passionate, patient and practice, practice, practice, practice, practice to get better. I'm a male actor from the republic of South Africa. I moved to the USA just more than 3 years ago.
