The marina's parking deck was scheduled for completion in Spring of 2025, though pushed to Summer of 2025. As of this review (Aug 2025) the foundation of the parking deck itself appears to be completed. Based on the artists rendering, a building is also scheduled to be built some place within the new construction. From what I could see there are no signs of the buildings development as of a few days ago. The important thing is this multi-million dollar project is in progress to replace the old parking structure. Once the hardworking personnel have completed this project I am sure it will be a beaut.

Through 3 boats and 14 boating seasons, I can highly recommend the good folks at Westerly Marina…read morefor all your marine needs. First and foremost.. this is a family run business... there are 3 generations of the DeMarchis family running the business.. and their commitment and integrity shows. A perfect example of this was Sandy.. my boat was just about totaled. Joe and his team worked with my insurance, the surveyors, and all the necessary vendors to get my boat fixed properly and running in a timely manner for the 2013 season. The kicker for this is that they did this all while rebuilding their own facilities (which were heavily damaged) and dealing with a myriad of other heavily damaged vessels. It truly was a testament to the resiliency of the team. Of course they have all the stuff you need.. a beautiful marina, a well stocked ship store, and world class mechanical and glass work.. all at very reasonable and honest prices. Honestly, I would not be boating if it wasn't for the workmanship, support, and advice of the whole DeMarchis family. You will not be disappointed if you turn to Westerly for your all your maritime needs.

It was so good in fact, that we ordered another. It did take some time to arrive at the table. We had a few beers which were chilled perfectly. At the time of our arrival at about 12:30, there were only a few diners. Within the hour, the place filled up. It was pleasant just sitting there, and we were not hurried out. A definite destination for lunch!

Unfortunately there was a defect in my boat and the boat had to be returned for warranty work. The customer service representative from the factory was great, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and they took care of everything of course for no charge as it was warranty work. Upon my boats return, the sales man Jason from Bridge Marine wants to charge me for loading and unloading my boat from the factory truck. I cannot believe that the boat dealership that sold me the boat wants to charge me for my boat being returned for warranty work. Jason claimed that the warranty work is between me and the factory, he claimed the dealership has nothing to do with the boat they sold me for warranty work. I never heard of a dealership that will not stand behind what it sold and wants to charge for facilitating warranty repairs with the factory. In my experience with dealerships that sold a defective item is they bend over backwards to help you with warranty work and apologize for your inconvenience. I am waiting to speak with the owner of the dealership as this is the craziest thing I ever heard. I will follow up my review after I speak with the owner. I spoke with the owner and he made everything GOOD!!! My advice is deal with the owner, he gets a 5 and the sales guy gets a 0.

I keep my boat at a neighboring marina and reached out for help with my boat's engine. Over the course of a couple months one of their technicians tried several times to solve my problem, and worse told me several times that he had fixed it when the engine clearly was not running right. After seeking another opinion, another mechanic was able to diagnose my problem within an hour and then replace the broken part within an hour as well, and now my boat runs like new. If I hadn't used Safe Harbor for this issue I likely would have saved signficant time and money.
