Even through it was cold I think the outside area is so nice, I would definitely dine out here during the warmer seasons. I got the chicken rigatoni which was alright, I wasn't a big fan of the chicken but the pasta was good. For dessert I got a fudge brownie with ice cream and my husband got a tres leches cake, both were delicious. I recommend you come here and eat outside, at the night the bridge is so beautiful!

Bathrooms are clean and also redone in a modern style There is a new Tiki bar outside for weekends, where you can order at the bar and take your food out to your seat. Music too! All the ingredients for a good restaurant...but My question about the fish tacos - hopefully a healthier choice, are listed as "breaded fish" on the menu. I asked "are they fried?" I was answered "no". Truth = The tacos are tempura fried Tilapia strips. The chef then smothers the crispy fish in a liquid turning the fish and tortilla into a soggy mess. Ordered a glass of house rose...which is not identified by brand or year, was undrinkable. They kindly replaced it with a mixed drink. So a menu in need of better execution and a BTG wine offering that needs replacement. Nice location and great views!

This is a family operation in the best way. Bright, genuine, helpful, down-to-earth. These guys…read moreknow boats and motors, in fact he family used to manufacture boats here on site. They've been immensely helpful as everything from my local fuel stop here on the Hudson, to helping me remove, store and sell an outboard, to advice on wiring, sealing and structural repair of my Sea Lancer. They bring their knowledge and help you get stuff done.

Through 3 boats and 14 boating seasons, I can highly recommend the good folks at Westerly Marina…read morefor all your marine needs. First and foremost.. this is a family run business... there are 3 generations of the DeMarchis family running the business.. and their commitment and integrity shows. A perfect example of this was Sandy.. my boat was just about totaled. Joe and his team worked with my insurance, the surveyors, and all the necessary vendors to get my boat fixed properly and running in a timely manner for the 2013 season. The kicker for this is that they did this all while rebuilding their own facilities (which were heavily damaged) and dealing with a myriad of other heavily damaged vessels. It truly was a testament to the resiliency of the team. Of course they have all the stuff you need.. a beautiful marina, a well stocked ship store, and world class mechanical and glass work.. all at very reasonable and honest prices. Honestly, I would not be boating if it wasn't for the workmanship, support, and advice of the whole DeMarchis family. You will not be disappointed if you turn to Westerly for your all your maritime needs.

On May 1, 2024 my brother came to visit from Maine. I wanted to have a picnic at the Marina. We are in our late 70's, walked miles without seeing anything and in great pain! Palisades interstate is a joke!!

On Sun. July 21st, we were heading back south on the Hudson River toward Jersey City where we…read morelaunched. We were running low on fuel and we stopped at the Alpine Marina to fill up. As we pulled in a nasty man started yelling at us to get out. We weren't sure what he was saying and continued in, only to realize he was yelling at us to leave. We told him we were there to get gas, and he told us there was a sign (which we didn't see), saying to wait outside. He screamed at us that he wouldn't sell us gas because we couldn't read and told us to get our KAYAK out of his marina. (We were not in a Kayak, but in a small beautiful custom-built Mahogany wood boat). We left and continued down the Hudson getting as far as Hoboken, where we ran out of gas. We called Sea Tow, and the closest boat they had to us was down the shore. We had to dial 911 because we were getting very close to rocks. We dropped anchor and the Hoboken Fire and Rescue Department came and pulled us into the Hoboken Sailing School. At that point, Max from the Sailing School gave us a couple of gallons of gas to get us back down to Liberty State Park. If it weren't for these kind people there might have been a disaster that day on the Hudson. We will never attempt to go into the Alpine Marina again. Boaters are always so helpful to each other in their time of need. We never experienced anything like this. Stay away from this marina, that man is pure evil.
