The mistake was not noticed until they offered an additional round of the INCORRECT VACCINE. Following this, they tried to diminish the issue and gawked at the fact that we were (rightfully) upset, saying that "all shots are necessary and safe". If you're mixing vaccines for infants without verification of material/dosage/lot/etc., how is that remotely 'safe?' Won't be back. Find a place that verifies what is going into your child's body prior to injecting them. Pathetic.

We don't have a set doctor here, but it makes little difference, wth the exception of Dr. Campbell, who seems to be a step ahead in bed side manners with the kids. Another plus for this group is that if you have an emergency, they somehow manage to fit you in on the same day. As a result, of all of these factors, I'm not only happy to take my son there, but delighted they are there with us!

If you want a doctor who I pushy about vaccinations and will not compromise their orthodox approach, don't come here. I am floored to see so many ungrateful parents whining about wait times and "rude staff". I assure you that I drove almost 3 hours to this clinic and everyone was very professional. This place was a dream come true. All of the information I needed was provided to me when I asked for it. My wait time was not extensive at all. They did not lose my Childs appointment. My child's very first visit to this office was an absolute dream. It was my very first time there. I happily paid all of the fees. I will definitely be bringing my other 3 children here for healthcare from now on! And by the way, Dr. Caldwell and the DNP here are amazing. They're dedicated to keeping children safe and healthy. The nurses have plenty of knowledge to give sound advice. I appreciate the existence of this particular practice and it's a shame that so many parents in the comments failed to appreciate a Vaccine Friendly clinic completely ignoring how rare, few and far between they are and even tried to smear this wonderful office to turn other people away and harm this practice! I can't fathom how or why. I encourage you to bring you child or children here :) Bring kindness and patience with you and you'll have the best experience just like I did!

My father sees NP Kim Plummer. My father is 76 years old with congestive heart failure, diabetes, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia. In November of 2022 he got very ill with a virus (dangerous for a cancer patient) & ran around 103 degrees fever for three days while we tried to get in touch with NP Plummer. After the fourth day, we finally got a phone call back (after talking to the answering service in Ohio). She told the answering service to give her about 30 minutes to call my mom back (she was the on-call doctor & it was 6am. We were ready to take him to the hospital). When she finally called, she told my mother, in a very impatient manner, that she had already called in a prescription for my dad two days ago. No one in the office, including NP Plummer, took time to inform my mother of this. When mom told NP Plummer no one had informed us, Plummer's response was "I did my part". Apparently, bedside manner was not a course she took in medical school. Don't go here. Not only is she dismissive and uncaring, but the office is completely unorganized and obviously has communication problems.
