When we had a problem at the hotel, we sent an email to Steve and shortly after the manager of the resort found us on the beach and made everything right. Very impressive whatever he said to them because they immediately did everything they could to make the stay better. When I contacted the owner of this company asking for a refund she told me she could only refund 50% I just needed to send her the address of the estate. After receiving nothing for nearly 6 months I contacted this person again only to receive this message "the trip is non refundable, this was clearly stated on all the documents."? They collected $4K+ from my Mom and when she passed away having never taken the trip their message to the family was literally "no refunds." This is not how you treat customers, especially those that are asking for a refund because an unexpected death in their family!

She arranged everything: air travel between the states and Africa, air travel between Johannesburg and Richards Bay, air travel between Durban and Cape Town, air travel between Cape Town and Zimbabwe and finally between Zimbabwe National Park and Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. She also arranged all of the rides between lodging and airports, as well as all the lodging. We stayed at two game reserves, two national parks, a boutique hotel, and a B&B. Each place we stayed ranged from really nice to spectacular. She also arranged for us to stay as close to the main lodge or lobby as possible, since my husband has trouble walking long distances. The only things we had to determine were what game drives to attend and what special excursions we wanted to make. We watched hundreds of elephants, multiple types of antelope, baboons, monkeys, birds, crocodiles, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, lions, cheetahs, cape buffaloes and so much more. Because Astrid listened to our desires as much as our needs, this truly was the trip of a lifetime! I highly recommend her.
