The beautiful River Laune runs right beside the property, which is excellent. There is a platform that over looks the river which has table and chairs. It makes for an ideal setting to drink a cool mineral or beer from while you watch the water fowl fly by. Breakfast is great. I can recommend the Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon and the Pancakes. There is an excellent continental breakfast already setup in the breakfast room, with everything you would expect and more. The town is only a five min walk away and there is a filling station about two mins away from Grove Lodge.

The guest house sits overlooking a river and has a table and benches you can sit and drink a beer or two in the sun. The rooms are quite nice and both times we have been there we have had a good view out onto the river. Breakfast was pretty good and the prices are ok. The area is absolutely beautiful.
