Dentist has no experience or ability. Office is disorganized. Left their care in worse condition than when I entered.

My son has been seeing Dr. Rabi for braces for over a year. We really have appreciated the care…read morethat Dr. Rabi has shown and the process has been very thorough and quite effective. The staff, especially Kendall, has been wonderful to work with and even gave my son a really great gift on his birthday. I highly recommend Castle Dental in Rivergate if you are looking for quality, affordable orthodontic care.

I would recommend NOT coming here and for you to find a way more professional dentist. They charge…read moreyou a fee before your service to then charge way more after your service, before your insurance even has a chance to kick in and let you know the remaining balance you have left over to pay out of pocket. I had a filing done here that left me with serious nerve pain biting down and it just needed to be redone. I come to my post opp two weeks later to be hounded about $200 when the procedure wasn't even done correctly. They are so money hungry even when you have insurance and complain about people running out on them for payments. That has nothing to do with me! I was thinking I was here for the long haul since my parents started coming and I wanted us all to share the same dentist. I should've listened to my friend that warned me not to come here because they're scammers. I would put negative stars if I could! Even had an amateur nurse scraping the inside of my mouth raw my first visit just to take x-rays! Tell the nurses training must be complete before working with real people because she had no clue what she was doing. Keep reading, it gets worse. I ended up having to come back 3 more times after my first filling! The dentist could not properly correct the filling he had done so I got recommended to their specialist to try to fix his mistake, but not until they ask for more money! $100 to even schedule an appointment to fix what they messed up! The worst business ever and bad karma will get them for messing up peoples teeth and charging them repeatedly to make things worse! This business NEEDS to be shut down and closed immediately!! I can't even chew on one side of my mouth smh. And they don't care, it's pathetically tragic. Lastly, they have no cleaner at the moment and probably other needed staff. It's GIVING GHETTO.

I came here after my dentist recommended them for some pain in a tooth under a crown. They got me…read morein quickly and the front desk person was very nice, as well as my initial hygienist, but that's about as far as it goes on positive things to say. First, I did not even see the doctor at my visit. As a matter of fact, I'm not even sure the doctor looked at my X-rays since I saw him walking into the office for the first time (early morning appointment) about two minutes before a woman came in and told me I needed a root canal. She did not introduce herself nor did she explain WHY I needed the root canal, just said it's probably from whatever caused me to need a crown in the first place. I had planned for this to be consultation appointment, and did not plan to have a procedure that day. When I told her I wouldn't be able to have the root canal right then and there, she was obviously put off but told me to go to the front desk and schedule it. Upon reaching the front desk, another woman who did not introduce herself- I assume is the doctor's wife- told me the root canal would only take 30 minutes to have done- when they'd just told me an hour a few minutes before. I said I couldn't do it that day and she returned to supposedly check with the doctor, then returned and said it would be about 45 minutes. I explained that I usually get sick from the anesthesia and would prefer to do it another day where I could take off from work. She, too, was visibly annoyed by this and walked away. I went to pay my balance for the day and it was $371. For X-rays and an exam (again, NOT by the doctor). I was shocked at that price, and would have appreciated a heads up before coming that it would be so much. I was then told I'd actually have to pay over $600 on the spot to "reserve" my appointment for the root canal, then pay the remaining at least $500 when I have the procedure. I opted to not reserve an appointment due to that and again, was met with frustration from the staff. To make things worse, I saw a different Endodontist today who did a full exam and talked me through everything, explaining that I actually DON'T need a root canal right now unless my symptoms worsen and I was charged a little over $100. I could have saved time, embarrassment, and money if I'd avoided this place completely which is why I'm writing this review. I'm sure the staff will have some sort of retort to my comments, but I genuinely cannot think of any excuse for the treatment I received. I do not appreciate being strong armed into an almost $1500 procedure that would have ended up being unnecessary and might not have even resolved my issue. I obviously will not be going back and I will make sure I inform my dentist office of who they're referring to.

i had struggled with what we thought was a sinus infection that just wouldn't heal. My dentist…read morerecommended an eval with the fabulous team at Tennessee Endodontics. They were able to get me in same day and found that I had a fistula between my top molar and my sinuses and there was a nasty infection brewing. They worked with me the timing of the next steps, got me fast, very friendly and Dr Wright texted me the day after my procedure to check on how I was. No one wants to have multiple root canals and a bone graft, but if you need it I can't think of a better place. Excellent care!
