Jaden quoted me $150 to have my barbeque cleaned, based on photos I texted him. He came out about a week later to perform the work. He brought all his own equipment, including a power tool, and explained how he would do the cleaning. The cleaning went faster than expected: about 40 minutes rather than 1-hour the quote was based on. Afterwards, Jaden volunteered to help install the BBQ components, which was quite helpful (even more helpful than the cleaning). I was re-building the BBQ with all new components, including new igniter switch and electrodes. He quickly installed the components and was able to get the BBQ working.

Here's the thing, I left a 1 star review after a terrible job (see the pictures). Then I edited my review to 3 stars and explained what he did to help remedy the situation. Now, 3 years later the guy leaves feedback saying he did the job "in direct heat so beggars can't be choosers." I believe this insinuates that I'm the beggar and should have expected a poor job to be done; he even says he did "a crappy job!" Hmmm? What a joke! I suppose if you hire this guy, which I would NEVER recommend, you should ask for the direct sunlight discount of 90% off... Because the work is actually terrible (and crappy, per the guy)! Move on BBQ guy. Making dumb comments that state your customers expect too much of you and that you did a crappy job, three years later, doesn't make you look any better. read more

If you're looking for great quality and fast service BBQ cleaners in the Orange County area, look no further. I sent a request for a quote and Jaden was able to come over to my house within an hour - he did a thorough job cleaning the grill and even assembled my replacement parts, all for an extremely reasonable fee. read more

Jaden arrived promptly to our agreed upon time and immediately went to work. Within 1.5 hours the BBQ was extremely clean and almost looked brand new! I will definitely call on him again in the future for other BBQ cleanings. read more

I found this company online to look at our ten year old grill and it has never been serviced it was "tired." Jaden showed up on time and worked his magic. He was very professional and replaced the regulator, six burners, three igniters plus a thorough cleaning. My grill definitely looks like new and cooks like new.
