They do business the "Old-Fashioned" way - It's called "Good-Will" - intangible, yet they embody a highly valued priority - it's the lost art of building customer loyalty via personal service. Often that may include going beyond. They earned my respect & gratitude; not to mention my patronage! I value the concept as foundational & an asset that may not show up on a spreadsheet. Having been a business owner for 16 years, Goodwill coupled with benevolence were the cornerstone of my philosophy! It goes unsaid that in the current unprecedented times, it's refreshing to see & be reminded that there is goodness in our friends & neighbors! I am so thankful for all of the above & of course, these fine folks spared me what would have been a frigid weekend hauling diesel fuel - 1 gallon at a time (Fill pipe 5 + ft. off the ground, & virtually impossible for a 73 y.o.to hoist a full 5 gal. Jug without a Diesel deluge ... learned the hard way!) Thank you, Kim, for your gracious & attentive service. Thank you, Larry, for your expedient delivery!! I so appreciate your augmenting the warmth I'm able to embrace! Regards, A new & loyal customer in West Gardiner, Maine

By some company in Texas; I would guess a Private Equity or VC firm. In March, I paid them about $2000 for the year's service. As I have for five years. They had no trouble taking my money. Then... they totally ghosted me. Missed the spring treatment, wouldn't respond, wouldn't come. Eventually I hired another company for my service. Now they refuse to return my money. After about a dozen promises and 'check's in the mail', I finally submitted a dispute with Citi. And then, get this: THEY LIED TO CITI. Said services I paid for were completely performed.

It's convenient,…read morereasonable, clean, open 365 days a year and they offer full service dry cleaning, and wash, dry, fold service. The laundromat is staffed 7 days a week from 8-5:30. I have used this facility several times since moving to town and every time I have seen and chatted with the friendly attendant. The machines are typically in good working order, they run on debit/credit card, there is also an in-house laundromat card system - I don't use that per say. While you wait there is excellent free Wi-Fi, need a snack? The facility is right next to a Cumberland Farms, and a local Chinese take-out (I'll try that soon and let ya know). There is plenty of parking and it's in the heart of Winthrop close to Hannaford, and other conveniences. I am happy having this little gem so close to where I live. It makes laundry day not feel so much like a chore. I would be remiss to add this is also a tanning bed salon for those looking to use that feature. I can't speak to the tanning process or the conditions as I don't use that feature - but it's here as an option as well. Happy laundering!

We're in a camper, so we preferred a place with good parking options. This laundromat is attached to an old strip mall, the parking was practically empty with big spaces for us. The prices aren't bad either. $5 something for a big'ish load and 25¢ per 5 minutes for the dryers. The only thing is that if you're using a card, it appears that you will have to wait and repay each 5 minutes, you can't choose to pay for 30 minutes. So I used quarters for the dryer and left to eat lunch. There's also a great Chinese place across the street, or a Wendy's in the parking lot. We're happy with our time here.
