Just raise prices on washers and cut time on dryers per quarter. Never an attendant to help when needed, and bathroom is always locked. When first started coming 3 years ago there was always someone on staff during busiest part of the day. They offered laundry service. Don't know what happened. No longer offering affordable washers and dryers to the community that really depends on this place to have clean clothes at an affordable pricing. Such a disappointment. read more

Driving through Augusta on a road trip, we needed to find a laundromat to wash our sheets and dirty laundry, and this one fit our needs great. We're in a camper, so we preferred a place with good parking options. This laundromat is attached to an old strip mall, the parking was practically empty with big spaces for us. The prices aren't bad either. $5 something for a big'ish load and 25¢ per 5 minutes for the dryers. The only thing is that if you're using a card, it appears that you will have to wait and repay each 5 minutes, you can't choose to pay for 30 minutes. So I used quarters for the dryer and left to eat lunch. There's also a great Chinese place across the street, or a Wendy's in the parking lot. We're happy with our time here. read more

Nice facility. Well lit, lots of machines, Has vending machines and a tv. Needed to wash clothes for daughter checking into college tomorrow and this was recommended by hotel. Lots of parking, but towards back of strip mall, so not sure of safety at night, but they had two nice ladies working at 6pm. Slightly expensive, but probably normal for the area. $4.75 for a triple load washer and 25cents gets you 6 minutes on dryers. Oh yeah, they have tanning booths i guess you can use while waiting for laundry. A good spot to wash your clothes if you are travelling. read more

Nice facility. Great hours. Has everything you need. Multiple size washing machines ranging from small up to 60 lb machines! Plenty of dryers, which for some facilities is where they lack or skimp. Clean and well maintained, with the added amenity of tanning. Highly recommend. The earlier you get there the better, as it seems like it may get busy. read more

I have been using there wash dry fold for several months and have been noticing several items missing. I ask for someone from management to contact me several times with no response. I used the wash & fold service. Wash cloths and socks were frequently lost. They lost a fairly new light weight jacket. I was told video tapes would be looked at and I would be called, no call. I called them, told I would be called, no call. I guess they don't care about my business and I won't be going back. read more
