I found him helpful and knowledgeable and when he didn't have an answer for me, he went to a manager who had the information I needed. A lady named autumn checked me out she was quite helpful, even though their power had gone out because of the storm they Hand wrote My receipt and gave me a copy . They asked if they could take my credit card information and when their power return, they would send me a receipt via email if I provided them my email address, which I did. Overall, the staff was very accommodating and pleasant, except for the lady at the counter named Jennifer. I found her to be standoffish and she gave me the feeling that she was doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase plants from them. Or, I was bothering her.. I have to say that did not make me feel good, however, the professionalism and kindness of the other staff over road the experience and negative energy I got from Jennifer. As soon as I began walking up I was greeted by Andrew who was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing me around. They had a great selection of all kinds and sizes of trees. I had shopped other places and was never even approached by anyone. I chose a 15 gallon Shumard Oak that was very healthy and caught a great sale! It was much healthier than larger trees at other places so felt I got a great value along with the great customer service. . Got it home and planted and looking forward to welcoming the shade and wildlife in our yard. Will definitely be returning to this location anytime I need to look for more landscaping options.
