Not only did I purchase food, but I also rented one of their large grills. When we arrived at the park with the grill, one of my board members made me aware that the grill looked like it had some faulty repair. It appeared to have putty in an attempt to glue the grill and some wiring to fix the damage. When I returned their grill (nicely cleaned), I pointed out the damage to one of the workers. Later that morning, I was contacted by Tracey from A1, and she informed me that there would be a $50 charge for damage to the grill. She did send photos and videos of the damage. The image also indicated the previous damage that was not correctly repaired. As such, we disputed the additional charge. Tracey then called me and stated that I was being rude for not paying and that they would not do business with me in the future if I did not pay. I responded by advising Tracey that we find her conduct to be hostile, as her response appeared to be insulting (calling me rude) and threatening (not doing business with us in the future). But regardless, I approved of her charge for the additional payment and informed her that I would seek other vendors in the future. She said she was not hostile and expected us to 'do the right thing.' Also, she 'just won't do any future business with you (me)' and stated she would not charge the additional $50 for damages. The right thing? We disputed the damage but still offered to pay. I guess we were not supposed to raise any objection. This experience was aggressive, unprofessional, and lacked customer service skills. It was never about the money, it was about how I responded.

Here are some highlights of my experience: Eli is very knowledgable and is able to explain everything easily so that people like me who feel like taxes are a foreign language can understand. I came in assuming I was going to owe so much bc I had no idea what I was doing or how taxes even worked.. but Eli answered all of my questions with patience even though I know I was probably asking the same question over & over lol. Now for 2019 I will not be stressed! Eli also shed some light on things I had no idea about like how putting money in an IRA can really help to save on how much I owe in taxes, and how I need to go ahead & pay estimated taxes twice a year, and other business related matters that as business owner i needed to know & did NOT beforehand. Before your appointment they give you this great "tax planner".. it pretty much lists out everything that you can & should be writing off on your taxes & allows you to put in the totals. This was so helpful.. it really helps you organize everything. First Class Process Service is an excellent agency that has assisted me with serving divorce papers to my ex. I didn't know where to find my ex myself, so I questioned if they could. Surprisingly, the process server found him! They are diligent, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. Zev has been very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone that needs papers served or notarized. He has a great team! They are my "go to" business for confidential and important documentation to be served, notarized, and they may provide additional services but I'm not sure. Excellent business! Definitely recommended.
