Soon after I arrived at the shop, I knew picked the right place. Tom Basalyga, the owner, gave me all advice I could ask for. He explained what needed to done and how to file an insurance claim. With his assistance, I actually filed my claim while sitting in his office. It turned out that my naive estimate of the damage was way off and I could not drive the car because it was unsafe. Since I did not expect it, I had no ride home. Tom helped me again and drove me from his garage in Scranton to my home in Clarks Summit. It was a tremendous help!
