I had a great experience recently with Roberto. I needed a document to be served within 48 hours to a city official at council chambers. Many companies did not want to serve a city official. I left a message on a Saturday. Roberto called me back within an hour and asked what I needed and he gave me a very reasonable price. He also explained the process and instructions. I received an e-mail that I replied back with the scanned document to be served. He arrived at the location to serve 30 minutes before the time and it was served on time. I hired this outfit to try to find my brother who was not hiding from anything. Up front we were charged $500. It was exceedingly difficult to have any contact with this business . Phone calls were always a message that they would get back to me which almost never happened. Weeks went by with zero contact. Eventually I guess they just gave up with me receiving no more information than what I had discovered on-line. They just disappeared . A complete waste. I thought they might have access to better search methods than I but nope. I eventually found out that my brother had died up near Sacramento. What was really frustrating was that there was almost no way to contact this business, you just left messages after message after message and eventually you might get a call. 07/19/22 - I am updating my review again. The quality of the background report is worthy of 5 stars. Roberto provided me with the background check this morning and he did apologize for the delay. He also refunded the full fee I paid to him. I appreciate that. The reason for the four-star review is due to the delays. I would recommend his services, but would also recommend establishing a mutually agreeable completion date in advance, especially if your needs are time-sensitive. 06/29/2022 - I am changing my previous 5-star review to 1-star. I hired and paid Roberto $625 a month ago for a background check on one person. He charged me for 5 hours' work. Not only have I not received the background report that I paid for, I have emailed him about 10 times requesting a status update and he has not responded to any of those requests. I am very disappointed by his failure to provide the service I paid for and by his lack of professional courtesy to even respond to an email request for follow-up. I no longer recommend his service.
