The staff at child time provided her very personalized care in the beginning and helped her adjust to the new environment. Within few weeks she started walking and lot of babbling. I would specially like to mention the name of miss Mary Kate for her patience and excellent childcare skills. Our daughter wouldn't leave Mary for a minute in the beginning but the other staff members Kamiya, Samina and Priya made sure that she finds comfort with other staff members too and now she is very comfortable with everyone there. We owe a big thank you to all staff members. The program director Puja is an amazing person she will make sure that she listens to you with patience and quickly figures out the personality of your child, understand the emotions of parents and works with you in smooth transition of your child from home to Child-time. They took initiative to make videos and zoom calls to read stories with the kids throughout the shut down and even made "back to school" videos to acclimate the little ones to teachers who would be wearing masks. In school, they have done so many activities and encourage family interactions. They host Muffins with Mom and Donuts with Dad for mothers/father's day; hosted Pre K graduations after hours to celebrate all the graduates; encourage Trunk or Treats (now decorated tables in the yard instead of cars which makes more sense for safety) for Halloween; make special Christmas crafts for purchase to use as gifts. The list goes on. The curriculum is very good. My older daughter was over prepared for kindergarten. She was taught all Kindergarten basics in the Pre K class and did very well academically (she still does well). My preschooler only left to go to the district free preschool, otherwise we would still be there. She too was well educated, taught to write her name at 3 as well as spell her name. She can even spell her friends names (both first and last!) The cost is consistent with all the other private preschools in the area except that the camera access is included with tuition. I know other friends that pay extra fees for the camera/app access. The app was accurate and consistently used which allowed open communication between staff and families. I would definitely recommend Childtime Flemington to any families looking for a private daycare/preschool!

If I had neuro-typical child, this school would be my first choice because their teaching method is truly the best at developing young minds. I need to note that my son attended this school with a highly trained aid. There are 18 kids in a classroom with 3 teachers. It is unfair and unrealistic to expect extra time be given to any one student on a daily basis. My son's participation worked at this school because his aid ensured that he was not a constant disruption to the classroom. The teachers were incredibly supportive of my son and his aid; he eventually worked seamlessly into the classroom with minimal assistance from his aid. Overall, this is a fantastic school. If your child has special needs, this school can be fantastic....but they cannot be expected to "treat" a child beyond that which a normal, non special education teacher, would do. However, they were very willing to work with my son and his aid, to the extent that it did not interfere with the other children. I found their approach very reasonable. Fun Side Note: The teachers were so happy with my son's aid that they sent her flowers at the end of the school year. She was really touched (as was I).

Before becoming a parent I saw the insides of many preschool classrooms working with early intervention. I've never seen a school with this atmosphere and kids really do learn how to be a friend. The yellow box is an amazing concept. It changes every week for imaginative play. It could be a boat , a store, a cave... so many fun things that get the kids learning and playing together. Not many schools use the materials they use for learning. They have a work bench where the children can hammer and saw. The playground has a big sandbox, lots of swings, natural climbing surfaces and more fun things to do. Its nice to be able to stay and play afterward. You get to know the classmates and family of the class. I can't recommend it enough.

They celebrate her strengths, gently guide her through struggles, and encourage her to see learning as a lifelong pursuit. It's the kind of education I wish I had. We've felt so welcomed into the community of families who share our values and genuinely care for one another.
