Behle eventually completed the job, but not without revising the project plan three times. This caused costs to rise fourfold, along with holding on to larger sums of deposits over time. What was supposed to be a straightforward job took nearly three months to complete. Originally, we were quoted for an 8-foot trenchless pipe repair job. This turned into a full line repair, requiring an additional third-party contractor to dig in the front yard. It took Behle three separate trips to provide an accurate project scope. The job started in early April and wasn't finished until late June, cutting into a family vacation that we had set as a hard deadline. We were consistently left in the dark about the next steps, had no confidence in the accuracy or completeness of any quote provided, and had to chase down their office and management team for details. While Steve and Kelsey were professional and apologetic when discussing these problems, Thomas offered the typical excuse of blaming workers, saying, "people don't want to work anymore and it's hard to find workers." Thomas showed limited sympathy or understanding, and at the end, offered a measly 5% discount for our troubles. Poor project management and poor communication. They get 2 stars for finishing the job they were paid to do.

It took them 4+ trips to my location to work on the problem and they never truly corrected the issue. The next contractor we called identified and resolved the solution in nearly 30 minutes and was much more professional. While Roto Rooter seems to be available most times of day, it may not be a positive experience based on my personal interactions. I ended up having to spend over $1000+ on Roto Rooter and the final problem was not even fixed.

They do not clean the walls or sanitize. This is a big issue with COVID. They will not install hand sanitizer in their porta johns. You have to pay to rent sanitizer stands that blow over and cost extra. After three calls trying to give them a chance we had to switch to another company called Jim's johns. They include hand sanitizer and sanitize the walls. I guess it is not that hard after all. Just takes some effort.

we have camped at the iowa state fair for many years. we have a coveted "permanent site" and are…read morejust a short walk up a little hill to one of bob's blue kybos. it gets a lot of use, naturally, but in years past, the honey wagon has been by every morning and serviced it, spic and span. not so this year (2017). from the day we moved in--before the fair even began--it was filthy, nearly to the top. it smelled terribly, almost unearthly. the paper dispenser is broken, but someone added a new roll of TP for my bunghole. please monitor the toilets a bit more closely, and if more than once daily is needed, don't you think the campers/customers at the fair deserve it?
