I posted on Havasu community page that I needed a good honest air-conditioning company did anybody know of one. Hot Solutions was the first one that popped up a recommendation from somebody that used them. I called them surprise!! They immediately picked up the phone. I told him my problem and he said as soon as he wrapped up on the job that he was on, he will be right over. Am I in the twilight zone? First of all nobody ever picks up their phone these days second of all who says they will come right now? That's not all! It gets better. He got there immediately got to his job. I can tell he takes his job very serious but he had a smile on his face and was very friendly. He took videos and pictures and sent them to me. Repaired the AC and had me up and running within an hour if not quicker. I thought this is going much too well I'm sure I have to pay out the Yining for an emergency call to get here quicker and so on and so forth. Nope! It gets better.!!! his service fee and the part! The go ahead order was in April 2023. We did not get revised estimate until May. Then blame assigned to county again for delay on getting percolation test. Finally, a perc. test was done. Then revised plan needed approval again. Permit granted by county on June 27th, but tank not set until July 27. Then rest of work did not commence until late August after a series of excuses. The worst of it was the tone of the email: "Exciting news. We started the project today. We are anticipating inspection Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. As long as everything continues to go smoothly we do not see any reason why it will not be ready for Labor Day Weekend for you to enjoy." I almost barfed. "Exciting News"?? Excuse me this work was indeed promised to be completed a long time ago, and you want me to be excited at your delays and excuses? Yeah not so much. As you may well expect, I was less than happy with the situation.  I first brought my concerns to the attention of Denise Holdread.  I would like to praise how she handled my concerns as well as the two field technicians, Scott and Ralph. All three worked diligently to diagnose and resolve the problems which turned out to be a simple fix.   I sincerely praise the company's owner Greg Esmay and his staff.
