I called to ask about the details of a kitten that was brought into them injured as I was missing some cats from my stray cat colony that I take care of and genuinely love. She put me on hold to go ask the vet, and came back with minimal information that literally gave me no clue. So yes, I asked for more. Sue me for caring about animals. She replied with attitude, "I mean it was just a stray, it didn't have a microchip and it wasn't your personal cat so.... but I guess I can try to ask for more information if you really want me to..." I said, yes please, and I couldn't say much more because I was trying not to break down. That was met with more attitude from the employee. Sure enough, it did sound like one of my missing cats. And she did not spare me the details, she made sure to tell me it's intestines were spilling out, with attitude of course, and I really could have done without the visual. I simply asked if it was hurt, a simple yes would have sufficed. And yes, just because it's a stray, doesn't mean I don't care or love them. I cry when I see roadkill of any sort, I just have a heart for animals. There are worse things in life than someone who cares too deeply about animals but apparently this lady cannot handle that. Most of the time, I just had the service that the vet office used, but when the price was around $500 was quoted when I made the appointment for Oscar, I decided that I had time to look around because I had a few days. I found them and they were local so I called them after seeing their website and the prices. I got someone who had lost their beloved pet and got into the business because of the charges other charge. I let them know who Oscar's vet was and they told me that they have picked up from them before. The vet office had no problem and since I had to go in after work, they could pick Oscar up quickly. I picked up the ashes but they will deliver them also. You can even drop off your pet. They explained everything and even made extra copies of nose print and paws prints for Oscar's other mom. All for just under $200. Since I just adopted a 17 year old cat, I will probably need their services again. I will use them gladly.

After spending soooo much money on "packages" full of stuff my dogs didn't need in order to get one thing they did need, being bullied by the nurse to do what she "thinks" needs to be done in regards to multiple surgeries (one surgery they don't even offer), being told by this same nurse there is NO risk with putting my great dane under anesthesia multiple times (which is flat out wrong), having absolutely nothing being fixed that I went there for, and the staff being rude to my husband, they told me to go somewhere else for treatment.
