This is the 3rd dialysis facility (2nd DaVita) I have used due to moving. I have had the worst…read moreexperiences here. There has been times when patients were crying out in pain and the nurses/techs would ignore them. I have made requests regarding how much should be taken off and I've been argued with. I had made a verbal complaint and later on a formal written complaint through the social worker about one of the techs due to what I feel are inappropriate comments and yet he still is assigned to taking care of me instead of moving me to the other side to have a different tech. He continues to make comments that offend me and will finally listen to me when I say how much to take off but of course always with a comment of how I don't know better. The scale has 1 kilo added so when you weigh it is inaccurate and they take more off then what's needed. On 2 separate occasions I have passed out due to the fact they are evaluating my blood pressure continuously. Multiple times I have felt the symptoms of my blood pressure dropping only for them to ignore and wait until it fully happens. I get cramps gallore and told that means I'm at my dry weight yet the next time they take more past the amount as last time and I get cramps again. They also don't react fast enough when the cramps do start. Now if I'm at my dry weight or below I skip dialysis so I can continue to feel good and not pass out or have cramps due to taken to much off. What happens?! They call the cops to come to my house and do a welfare check bc someone else died and they were worried I died too. I'm alot healthier and don't have other health issues aside from the kidneys and stellar lab work as well. Absolutely ridiculous, scared the shit out of my daughter and awoke PTSD issues from past domestic abuse situation. Did they try to call me? No, but they called my older daughter and didn't wait until she called back then 2min later called the police. They do not respect or follow the hippa law rules. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

He is definitely a 5 star type of care and doctor! If you have the ability I would highly recommend him as your doctor. The ladies in the office are also very sweet and professional.
