I love that he is always honest and straight with you. He works so hard to get you what you want. I had an issue with cat smell in my house (I fostered kittens) and Jim loaned me a machine that neutralized the scent in the house. He negotiated well with buyers and didn't let me get taken advantage of. I was very happy with the sales price of my home. He also helped my tremendously with the purchase of my condo even though he was not my realtor for that transaction. I had a different realtor help me purchase a condo because I was looking in an area that Jim was not familiar with. Nevertheless, he helped me so much whether it was giving me advice to give my (newbie) realtor, actually calling the seller's realtor on multiple occasions when my realtor couldn't get ahold of him, or writing up my offer for me to make sure I was being protected. I can't thank Jim enough for the help he gave me when he wasn't even being paid to do so. I managed to sell my house and buy my condo at the same time so that I didn't have to find living quarters in between. Best case scenario! I would HIGHLY recommend Jim to anyone!

However he did not disclose to us that the garage on the property was condemned. All the fast talking he does and how convenient he left out all that information. We paid for a house with a garage. Now we have to pay the city 500$ fine and have less than 30 days. And we still have to demolish it anyway. And that is just the beginning of problems the property has with the city. The sad part is Mr. Fowler knew about this back in November of last year. When I think of all the smiling and hand shaking he does and all along he knew we were going to get slapped with a nightmare by the city. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the State of Michigan. Please be very aware of this guy.

The only reason we moved is that we needed a bigger house. We were very sad that Fowler didnt have the type of rental that we were looking for because our current landlord situation is terrible. By far, Fowler was the best landlord we've ever had. We will be contacting them when we are ready to buy, for sure!

We had the pleasure of working with Patti Mullen and her team in selling our home in Northville…read morethis past spring of 2016 and they were outstanding! We were in search of someone who could not only help us in selling our home as fast as possible but would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Patti and her team stood out as one of the best Northville has to offer and we could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. With my husband's new position uprooting our family to Chicago, our biggest concern was the challenge of prepping our home from a distance and work with a trusted agent to guide a successful, yet quick sale. We first spoke with Patti and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Patti made the process incredibly easy such as having Tisha come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, etc. I wish we could say that when we saw our listing we were blown away, but not the case at all! Our listing was never published because all their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - we placed a for sale sign on day 1 and by the end of day two, a buyer that saw the property that same evening put in an offer. Our house went under contract 3 days after we put the for sale sign on it at our asking price. We accepted and Patti (and Diana who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. We highly recommend the Patti Mullen Real Estate Team to everyone we know. They are all true professionals!
