Some of my chart was missing, so there wasn't anything saying I had paid $1,500 for Sculptra. It made me think about some cosmetic surgery clinics that often host relatively high-cost events, and in a way, these expenses end up being passed on to the consumers. Just my personal perspective. My wife and I have been going to Brevard Skin and Cancer for several years. Before this latest…read moretime it was a positive experience. I had been scheduled for a procedure but when I arrived at the appointment I was informed about some limitations needed to ensure that results were good. At the time, I could not stick to those limitations and decided to reschedule the appointment. The office staff was unable to reschedule at the time and I was told I would receive a call to make the new appointment. After not receiving that call in a week, I called the appointment phone number and left a message (their message said someone would call back within one hour). Another week went by and I called two times in a day - same lack of result. The last time I told them that this would be the last phone call I made to them. I have still not received a call back. I am now in the process of looking for a new Dermatologist. While I had been very pleased with the medical professionals in this practice, I believe the patient (customer) service is severely lacking - in fact, this last time it has been completely absent.

I was on a cruise out of Baltimore with a first stop at Port Canaveral (on a Saturday) when I knew…read moreI needed to find a chiropractor for an adjustment to alleviate my headache. As we docked and got our Wi-Fi connection back I googled to find a chiropractor in the area. I'm from PA and have a wonderful chiropractor who has walk-in appointments 7 days a week. Dr. Wesley was the only doctor I could find that was opened on Saturday. I called and she was able to take me. I have to admit I was scared since I wasn't from the area and this new person was going to be adjusting my neck. I became even more leary when I arrived and she was teaching piano lessons...I even wondered if she was licensed!! However, after I talked with her and she gave me a thorough examine, really asking thought provoking questions about my history to make sense of my symptoms, I became much more comfortable and confident in her abilities as a doctor. Dr. Wesley then adjusted me, providing me with almost immediate results. I found that I really liked her physical adjustment techniques. She was able to relax me to easily adjust my neck and even my hips (which I freeze on even with my own chiropractor). Dr. Wesley was also able to provide me with ultrasound on my neck to reduce my high tension and alleviate the headache even more. Although acupuncture has helped me in the past and she was able to offer me that as well, time restraints had me decline. Although I knew I would have to pay out of pocket, Dr. Wesley emailed me a receipt and then sent an EOB to my insurance company so I will be reimbursed for the majority of my bill. I can't thank Dr. Wesley enough! I was so thankful for her help and was able to enjoy my vacation pain and headache free! If I lived in the area, she would be my chiropractor. I highly recommend Dr. Wesley.
