The office manager took it completely unto herself to cancel all my upcoming appointments as well as not letting me return and make a new appointment.I had to cancel an Ultrasound Dr. Sudbury ordered because she would not let me come back and its not just that, like I said the staff is rude.

Was it an epidural? Surgery? When I spoke with the doctor, she said they charge clients in advance because she didn't know if I would return to her office after giving birth. Seems like new clients are paying for the mistakes of past patients who never paid. It has been the only office that I have experienced this and would encourage anyone who's looking for an OB for maternity to look into billing, and preferably find one who bills AFTER you give birth, not before. The first call I made to a new OB said they always bill after and that's something that I'm comfortable with.

Never called or sent a bill the entire time. Suddenly OVER 1 YR LATER I owe you money? For what the admin told me was covered. I expected to pay and they said it was included in the surgery. Present day "that person doesn't work here anymore". Ok well that's your problem not mine. And I have asked over and over again for them to mail me a detailed bill, they can't seem to be able to do so.

And she spent 2 minutes with me. Best part of visit was how quick the papsmear was but that was all. And no one called to follow up on my lab results or anything. Waste of almost $200 on labs which was also much more in house than what I would have paid at Quest.

There is no ability to speak to a person , which is a huge red flag as to the quality of their patient care.
