They put bark down around the tulips, so you're not walking in the mud. I wore flip-flops and had no issues whatsoever. It's definitely worth the stop if you're nearby. It's a small farm, so if you're looking for all the extra kid stuff and food vendors, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a nice peaceful outing without the big crowds and loud noises, this is the perfect place!
