The receptionist Kimberly Faulk was very responsive and helpful. I brought my car in they marked it up and began the process. I made them aware of a deadline I had for my car because I was moving when I dropped it off. I was never given a guarantee it would be finished only that they would work with me. The process seemed to be moving along great Kimberly was giving me daily text updates. It was getting close to the time I was scheduled to leave town, So I call my insurance to ask if I can pick up my car early, drive it to my new destination and finish the repairs there. She said sure as long as it's drivable. So the day I'm supposed to pick up my car I call and they say it not ready still in reassembly. Mind you this is a Thursday I'm trying to pick up my car. I received a text saying that my car would be reassembled that Monday before. So my insurance is like well since it's not drivable there's nothing we can do. So I decided to go by and check on my car in person because what I was told wasn't adding up. I pull up and my car is fully assembled painted and all. Just waiting for tint on the replacement window. When I showed up I asked to see my car and Kimberly was at a loss for words because she just lied to me over the phone to keep my car longer. The mechanic assured my my car would be just a few hours longer and I could take it. So I go run errands and come back to pick up my car. I do the walk through and there are burns on my seats. Kimberly proceeds to tell me they were already there. I said no they weren't look at the before pictures. She goes to the back and says she didn't have any pictures of the seat. So I ask to see the pictures myself. There are 4 pictures in a row of my seat without burns. She was not taking responsibility for their mistake and trying to put it on me. All in all Kimberly is a manipulative liar who can't be trusted. The mechanics did a decent job. I would never take my car back here. Customer service is everything!

Today, I'm needing service to my Corvette and I looked up automotive near me and this place came up again. I saw it had 4.1 stars on yelp so I said I'm gonna give this place the benefit of the doubt My car has been making a squeaking noise as if the belt was needing to be changed, but I had already changed out the belt so I asked the gentleman at the counter if he would kindly step out and give a friendly ear. He tells me it's $75 to do a diagnostic, I simply asked are you really gonna charge me $75 to just listen and give a friendly ear? Mind you they were not busy I might add, He tells me have a good day and turns around and closes the door. What happened to customer service and just being friendly and wanting to accumulate new business? I have three cars and I'm looking for a good honest mechanic in the area and unfortunately this place is not it. I usually don't leave reviews however that really bothered me and I feel others should know how they treat people Avoid this place I've learned my lesson
