    The Manager/ Owner, Jaime and his Maintenance guy, Ryan.... are by far the most rude &…read moreunprofessional people I've ever met. There's never a returned phone when a question or concern request is submitted. After 5pm. Jaime will no longer answer calls. So we resort to the emailing system .. there again, there's no communication lines. when there's loud unruly neighbors he tells me he's not a babysitter. Residents are not picking up after their dogs nor does the maintenance are cleaning crew..the property is unkept. STAY Away !!!!! there's better places out there!!

The apartments are brand new, so that is a big plus, but, the management is the worst…read more It seems like they have no clue of what they are doing or it could be that they simply do not care. Before moving in we requested new blinds for the sliding door because the ones in the apartment were defective. These were never replaced. The garage door broke after two weeks of living there and it took the maintenance man a month to fix it, only because we called multiple times. The brand new toilet clogged all the time, and guess what? Although we harassed these people, the issue was NEVER resolved. Another big problem with this place is that they sometimes waited two weeks to cut the lawn, so imagine the weeds. Also, this is one of the few places in Dubuque where dogs are allowed, so everyone had one. The only problem with this was that people did not pick up after their pets. So the place always looked dirty with the long grass and weeds, and the piles of dog waste. Don't waste your $950, utilities NOT included.

    This company has poor internal communication. You meet with one person and they give you one piece…read moreof info, but then when another person comes they are clueless. For example, I talked with the owner before signing a lease - they said my plan to move out early and leave the place to my roommate was fine so long as my roommate stayed/paid the remainder of the lease. I moved out. I have observed my roommates experience and they have often said "where is your roommate" and "he needed to sign" -- but while I was in town and able to do all of this, I was never asked to do any of this. When they knew my plans all along! They need to designate one account manager to a # of residents so that one line of communication can guide the relationships, otherwise they just have many different people all knowing nothing about the people who are paying them and no way to meet their commitments or expectations.
