During the move in we found mold, mice droppings, and grease all over the rental unit. We ended up cleaning the place ourselves because we were told that it was our problem to remediate, being we were the current residents. Upon move out, we did not receive a full refund on our security deposit, even after leaving the rental unit spotless. They will take any opportunity to nickel and dime you. Bottomline, they take no responsibility for the condition of the unit. They only care about making extra $$$ off tenants upon termination of the lease regardless of the property's condition. The people working this office have no clue about how to be property managers.

Any work that is finally done by Sam Murley and his wrecking crew is very bad and way over charged. Cheap materials and less than professional labor. Avoid at all costs unless you are a glutton for punishment. They are a "hit and run" company who rips off people and then moves on the the next victim. They will "push" their personal properties first when it comes to showing a rental to prospects and promise landlords great tenants with high rent but really they will tell anyone anything to make a buck. I will never use them again and am trying to spread the word so other honest, innocent people may read this and avoid a serious headache. I guess some people get desperate and trust them only to find that eventually, they get ripped off too. Sad!

    Vicki Bechen was the buyer's realtor for the house we were selling and she's been very difficult to…read morework with. She doesn't seem to have a solid understanding of the paperwork involved. I sent a release of mortgage to be reviewed by the attorney that prepared the title opinion and got a long message about how I needed to have a payoff quote outlining down to the penny how much would be owed at time of closing. I had to remind her we wouldn't need a payoff letter if the mortgage release stated it was paid in full. Which she then agreed was correct. She also asked if she could put a sale pending sign in our yard (with her contact information of course) a month before closing was set to occur. We explained she could after closing but until then we only wanted our sign out there so other buyers could call us. That way if the closing fell through, we had the contact information for any other interested parties. My husband drove by a few days later to find her sign in the yard. He put it in the garage. A week later, Vicki was there and again put her sign in the yard despite our requests not to. When I talked to her on the phone the day of closing, she was snide in commenting on the fact that my husband had taken the sign down again. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant transaction on our end. I understand she was the realtor for the buyer but when everyone is in agreement on a purchase and happy, there's no reason it should be made difficult.

He never tried to sell us on a house like a lot of other realtors we had worked with. If a house didn't sit with what we were looking for, he did his best to find us one that would. Very professional. Would definitely work with him again! He was never pushy and never tried to talk us into something we weren't looking for. Strongly recommend him :)
