Before moving in we requested new blinds for the sliding door because the ones in the apartment were defective. These were never replaced. The garage door broke after two weeks of living there and it took the maintenance man a month to fix it, only because we called multiple times. The brand new toilet clogged all the time, and guess what? Although we harassed these people, the issue was NEVER resolved. Another big problem with this place is that they sometimes waited two weeks to cut the lawn, so imagine the weeds. Also, this is one of the few places in Dubuque where dogs are allowed, so everyone had one. The only problem with this was that people did not pick up after their pets. So the place always looked dirty with the long grass and weeds, and the piles of dog waste. Don't waste your $950, utilities NOT included.

I have never been to Dubuque area and am moving there for work from halfway across the country. They do not have the immediate offices to contact regarding specific apartment complexes/town homes, unless it is for a showing. I have called their main office (listed on the website) on more than one occasion in the past few months looking for more information and have never been helped by the man who answers. He answers the questions for the apartments landlords, without checking with who ever is in charge of them, saying "no, that probably won't work for them up there." He has said no to everything I've asked. I am extremely frustrated with the client communication Executive Management & Real Estate Ltd. has. Their website is informative, but that doesn't exactly help in this situation.
