I've known nick and gabby for years and i've always known they were good at their jobs, but i've never needed my carpets cleaned until recently. We have three young children and two dogs and I guess i didn't even realize how dirty my carpets were until after they made my house look and smell AMAZING. Now i have a whole new standard of what clean carpets really are. Also, nick was so fast! He texted me that they were on their way, showed up in ten minutes and was all done and packed up in less than a half hour! With some places, fast means sloppy, but not Nick. I kind of thought we'd be SOL when it came to the end of our hallway. I was sure that even if he did get the bigger parts of the stains out, there would still be residual spots left over... NOPE. its all gone! some parents would be nervous about letting their kids back into the carpeted rooms after they're cleaned for fear that they would just get all messed up again, but with this company, the prices are so low, that we are actually able to call them up again to maintain the clean whenever we need it! my kids are free to play and spill, and i get to have a clean house. win win. read more

Nick is the man, plain and simple. Since 2009 I've been using River Carpet Care for my "difficult to clean" flat carpet. He's always on time and ALWAYS does a phenomenal job. On one occasion, my only availability was on a Saturday that he had already completely booked up. Instead of trying to reschedule, he simply woke up earlier just to make sure I was taken care of on the only day I had open. How many businesses can you say do things like that? When it comes to cleaning my couch, he prices fairly. At times he even tells me when I can get by another 6 months without a clean. Seriously, he could easily say it was overdue (where I wouldn't have known any different) and he'd be all the richer for it. "Honesty," an anomaly these days. Bottom line: 1) He charges reasonably, 2) Always does the job right the first time, 3) He's honest (which is rare in this market) and not out to make an extra buck at the expense of his customers. I was ready to tear out my carpets, they were so badly stained. And an embarrassing amount of marking from the four male dogs in residence. I really didn't think they were worth trying to salvage. Nic sounded so confident on the phone, I decided to let him try cleaning them. I so wish I had taken before pictures. It was like a miracle watching the stains disappear before my eyes. What a transformation! Nic pretreated all the toughest areas, vacuumed along the edges, and used special treatments on the most stubborn stains. Great attention to detail. We just bought my Grandmothers old house and the carpets were down right nasty. The dog seemed tothink the hallway and tv room were her personal restroom. We had services from River to see if the carpet was salvageable. He took his time to inspect the carpet and tell us that it was very good carpet and worth trying to clean. He did a great job, the carpets came out WAY better than I expected and 99% of the stains were lifted. I am planning on buying the special deal he has listed, i did not see it till I came on here to leave a review. I want the carpets cleaned yearly or maybe more, my son is messy... I haighly recommend the services and will use them again. I also am telling my mom about them. She uses Stanley Steamer and her carpets never come out this well. read more

This company was a blessing! We procrastinate tremendously and was in a pickle for carpet cleaning services. They slid us in for the next morning and much to our amazement, they introduced themselves, inspected the rooms, even checked with a black light because they saw our pet (for no extra charge!) I always get in the way, ask a lot of questions but they seemed happier to answer each question, more than the last. I called River Carpet Care on May 4th and he was able to come out and clean my carpets on May 5th. I had some renters living in the house four a year and a half and was moving back into the house. Their two young children were very hard on the carpet and there were quite a few stains, including what looked like some grease stains in several areas. Nicholas Martinelli did an amazing job and got out quite a few stains that I did not think would ever come out. The carpets look great and I highly recommend him for carpet cleaning. He followed up with me the day before, made sure that I told the cleaning ladies not to mess up his masterpiece (which it was) after they came in, and did a follow up call. Nic and his wife do an excellent job at a reasonable price. I have had my carpet cleaned by other companies and it is wet and damp for days. Not so with River Carpet Care it is dry in just a few hours. I appreciate that Nic pays attention to detail and never leaves water or solution on the wood floors.
