For our entrée, we shared the pork shoulder, and it was absolutely delicious. The fennel aioli was such a great touch, and the combination of pork, peas, and greens made for the perfect Southern bite. We enjoyed it so much I wish we could go back tonight! We took a slice of lemon chess pie to go, and it was every bit as delicious as the rest of the meal. Kyle was our server and was fantastic--very knowledgeable and helpful with our selections. The restaurant was busy with a fun, lively atmosphere, but not so loud that we couldn't easily talk and enjoy our dinner. Definitely one of our favorite meals in Paducah!

We showed up right at opening, five o'clock, and there was already a long line of people waiting to get in. Make a reservation. I'm glad we did. We had a party of four and was seated at a low top that had a view of the kitchen. Lively open space with an open kitchen you can see both the cook line and the prep area. The cornbread was the unexpected standout of the entire meal. Mildly sweet, savory, light and fluffy all the way through. I was not expecting a side dish to steal the show, but it did. We also ordered the double stuffed burrata, and the bread it came with deserves its own mention. Crisp, lightly toasted, with just a touch of char. It paired beautifully with the creamy burrata and the accompaniments on the plate. For my entree I went with the grilled Caesar salad and added shrimp. It ended up being the perfect call. The portion was generous, the shrimp addition made it feel like a real meal. The romaine had this excellent crisp char on it that added so much. The dressing was heavenly. One of the best Caesar dressings I have had in a while. My favorite parts of the night had nothing to do with what was on my plate. We got to watch chef Sara Bradley working the kitchen with her team during service, and it was clear why this place has the reputation it does. I'd love to come back and try the prix fixe tasting menu next time. Overall this was a great experience from start to finish. And a must stop or destination when driving through KY.

I usually bring my own lunch, but forgot mine on Thursday and realized everyone had these little brown boxes full of yummy lunch. I asked my instructor where they were getting it from and he showed me the way to Kitchens! First off, WOW. SO GOOD. You walk in and make your choice off a chalkboard menu. They offer plenty of yummy options, a daily special, and vegetarian/vegan options, too! The service is great, everyone is so sweet and willing to chat. I ordered the turkey wrap with the pasta salad. I had to wait a little bit for my food, but it was very busy--and it was wildly worth it. You can sit inside the restaurant, outside on the patio, or take your lunch to go! I opted to sit outside on the pretty patio. On to the good stuff. The turkey wrap was delicious. I loved that the turkey itself is sliced very thin, like falling apart. I'm very picky about deli meats and this was prefect! The sauce on the wrap is different, but completely ties the turkey and fresh ingredients together for sort of an addicting punch! The pasta salad is one I've never had before. It's a tomato based pasta salad with yummy feta cheese, fresh tomatoes, and sliced green olives! A must try, for sure! I got to eat on this twice, the portions are wildly worth the price! Overall, I really enjoyed this yummy, friendly, well-priced, well-hidden gem here in Paducah, Kentucky's Art District. I would highly recommend to any locals looking for a fresh bite and to any out-of-towner looking to find out what Paducah is really all about!

Really great spot. Cute patio and nice open dining room inside. Lots of great choices on the menu…read moreand each week they have a new special. The first time I came here they were out of the special so I think they just make a certain amount and when it's gone it's gone. It was some tortellini that looked amazing so I'm not surprised it sold out. I went with the cheeseburger sliders and did a side of the veggies. The sliders were good. I think they forgot the cheese sauce. Or they just barely put any on. I didn't see it taste it. But they were still good and the veggies were very delicious too. I had some left over and mixed them with my eggs the next morning. The second, and most recent time I was here, they had a chicken pecorino with rice and veggies. The chicken was absolute perfection. Perfectly crispy and moist inside. It was easily cut with the plastic knife I had. The rice was just over the line or too salty but when mixed with the chicken and veggies it all worked. It was a delicious meal. The food comes out pretty quickly, especially if you get the special since it's sitting up front on the line. I don't live nearby so don't get to come here as often as I'd like but I definitely want to try more of their specials. So much of what they post looks amazing. I love that the students are learning and we benefit!
