April 2026 - All inclusive package + Extra We picked this venue in June 2025, so we had about 10 months of planning. We fell in love with the grounds- they have a spacious venue with various 'yards' that we viewed in our walk through of the venue. The space is beautiful and natural, if you pay attention to what's around you - you'll notice a ton of little things like honey suckle, fish in the river, and blackberry bushes. We were contracted under their all inclusive option, so much of the planning fell onto me and my fiancé - though we were able to contact Devin, Montana, and Sierra about any questions we have. There was some wait time in response but we came to understood that they have a young family. They would connect us with or share their recommended vendors, many of them had all the items we were looking for and more! Us being rather new to formal events, Montana and Sierra walked us through what is typically expected and timelines- like father daughter dance, bouquet toss, etc and alternatives - so we could think about what we wanted to do or wanted to add. (RBR related vendors - bar / photography) Photography: Devin is really quick to respond and works with all styles of photography I had shown him from our Pinterest inspiration. He's really chill, he walked us through our first 'professional shoot'. We loved our photos that he returned to us! Bar: I forget the bar staffs name, but she was super super accommodating and informative. We brought our own items and she was able to tell us the FL oz and the range of amount for the drinks we desired at the wedding. [leading up to the wedding ] Montana and Sierra would touch base with us and had walk throughs of the facility to talk about our vision, placement, variability in placement (cause it's a huge space), and setting up of the rehearsal day and timeframes. [Day-before wedding] Rehearsal was smooth. We were able to practice as many times as we needed to get a feel for what to expect and do for the wedding. We were able to make last minute changes to the binder plan that my fiancé and I had prepared to meet a better aesthetic. Sierra promptly wrote these new notes down and walked us through pacing and what to expect as well as get our family members to be comfortable with this part of the ceremony. [Day of Wedding] POV you're me and my fiancé. We have 95% planned out and done and we're scrambling lowkey on getting our folks together and on schedule with us an our coordinators. We had some DIY we didn't get to finish - putting photos on backdrops and putting our papers on the seating chart. Sierra and co was able to finish this on our behalf so we can have our day to just be our big fun day with everyone! We never expected them to do it for us and we are so thankful that they did - albeit it was not major DIY (getting ready for the day took us longer than expected). Sierra, Devin, and Montana checked in with us to let us know our timeline for our wedding day and kept us moving so we can get all the big stuff out of the way so we can enjoy the rest of it. Sierra would check in on us to make sure we knew when to be ready by for photos with Devin, where to go for rep-entrance, and when we were done with all the mini events planned. By the end of the night, my fiancé and I were a good silly mood and so happy that we chose venue and so thankful for the team that made the day so smooth for us. They were accommodating and clear with all the little customizations we wanted for our wedding. All we had to do basically day of was bring our stuff, get ready, do our jobs, have fun, clean up our personal items (makeup clothes), and pick up our big items the next day. I've taken a few months to write a review so that my initial emotions wouldn't cloud my perspective. We got married at River Bottom Ranch in April 2025. The property is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but our experience was ultimately stressful and disappointing. Communication with the venue manager, Montana, was very difficult throughout the entirety of our planning. Important details we were promised during our site visit with Devin (like being allowed music until 11 PM) were later changed, including being told less than three weeks before our wedding that our live band could not perform. Catering was also problematic -- the contracted vendor was switched, tastings were hard to arrange, prices changed unexpectedly, and on the wedding day food came out cold and many plates with missing or incorrect sides dishes. The venue itself needed more upkeep than expected. Our family had to clean up the grounds the night before, including but not limited to trash and dead overgrown vegetation. The bridal suite lost power repeatedly during hair and makeup with only 8 girls getting ready. Cattle also wandered into our ceremony and cocktail spaces prior to our event and the day of - leaving the site in poor condition. Several of our vendors also shared they would no longer work with this venue due to the same repeated challenges. While the property has beautiful grounds and has a lot of potential, I would not recommend it under current management. read more

I chose their micro-wedding package, and it honestly had EVERYTHING I needed -- the venue, catering, DJ, photographer, coordination, and décor. Montana (our coordinator) took every little detail off my shoulders and created something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. She even found us a cross for our altar, helped me choose the perfect ceremony spot on the lawn, connected me with wonderful hair and makeup artists when I told her I wanted a soft glam/natural look with an updo, and coordinated all the little things like the sweetheart table rentals, cake, and florist. Held my wedding here in September, 2024. The whole experience was beyond easy and I am so thankful that Montana, Devin and their team were able to pull off my vision exactly how I wanted it to be. The venue was beautiful. Everything was very well kept and set the perfect background for the event. The set up of all the tables, chairs, and decor, etc. was ready to go by the time our guests arrived. I am writing to share my exceptional experience with The River Bottom Ranch, where we held our micro wedding. It truly exceeded all my dreams. Montana, the wedding planner, and Devin, her husband, are amazing people and extremely easy to work with. Their process and procedures are top-notch, and everything runs like a fine-oiled machine. My wedding was perfect with absolutely no hiccups. Their biggest selling points are the property itself, the all-inclusive packages, and the fact that Devin never tried to pressure us into having our wedding at their venue. He was extremely laid back throughout the process and had the best energy. I loved that he did not try to oversell his venue. Montana was also extremely helpful with several referrals for hair, makeup, florists, etc. She is extremely talented and can take anything you give her decoration-wise and make it look so beautiful. Devin is also extremely talented in his photography skills. He was so kind and took separate pictures of my elderly family members during the family wedding photos, which I thought was very special. My pictures came out beyond amazing, and he had all my pictures to me in 10 days, which was phenomenal timing-wise. All of the guests who came to the wedding raved about the beauty of the venue and how well-organized the whole team of staff members were. My husband and I recently had our wedding at Riverbottom Ranch 10/10/2025 and definitely recommend! The property is beautiful with all the trees, the fire pit, the little pond.. etc! They also installed more outdoor string lights during our planning process which turned out so beautiful for the evening! Outdoors was perfect!! The suites do need a little bit of an upgrade in the bathrooms, specifically the toilet area because the doors are outdated and the toilet is in a small space. Other than that, the women's suite had great lighting and comfortable seating/get ready areas! The outdoor bathroom from her vendor for guests was very nice and really clean and spacious! Montana and Devin, the property owners were amazing to work with! They went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. Montana is a bit hard to get a hold of during the planning process, but she lets it be known that she takes it one wedding at a time. The week of the wedding, she was all hands on deck and would respond immediately. She also called me to ensure I was okay the week of the wedding as it was a stressful time for me! Her reassurance was greatly appreciated, and I loved that she reached out and checked in. With our package, she was wedding coordinator day of and did amazing! Devin is also an amazing photographer. He did our engagement photos and wedding day photos, and did not disappoint! We got our photos back before 2 weeks after the event! They both worked with us on numerous occasions to ensure our vision was everything we expected! She also worked well with our chosen vendors for the DJ & dance floor @thefresnodjcompany and R&R rentals! I didn't have to communicate with any vendors on wedding day because she already made arrangements with them. I did do a detailed binder of how I wanted the table settings to be. It was not followed completely. Our faux flowers were not in the vases and were woven into the greenery on the table. We did not make this a big deal, as the guests were already seated by the time I noticed and the flowers were still used. Our sweetheart table also was not set how it was supposed to be such as the floating candles that were supposed to be in a vase but Montana fixed that right away. She did ask if I wanted to do a walk through prior to the wedding but I didn't make time, but that was my mistake. The venue is also partnered with Sticky Icky BBQ. Communication with this restaurant is horrible. You need to be the ones to reach out to them to plan a taste test and remind them prior to the wedding of what you need ordered. They will not keep track of this information. They also are not the best at responding back right away. The serving size of their food is good though and food was delicious. Overall, our experience was wonderful! The all inclusive package is definitely worth it. read more

My mom recently had a micro-wedding at The River Bottom Ranch, and it was absolutely perfect! Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Montana (the owner and wedding coordinator) was amazing to work with. During the rehearsal she did a great job guiding the bridal party she was super kind and patient, but also knew when to get serious and keep everyone on track (which we definitely needed at times ). She really made sure every detail was taken care of and the day ran flawlessly. The venue itself is gorgeous, a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by greenery and nature. It felt so peaceful and romantic, the perfect backdrop for the ceremony and photos. All of the staff who helped on the wedding day were wonderful, very friendly, well organized, and just really easy to work with. The Riverbottom Ranch owners and staffing provided us the most PHENOMENAL experience of our lives. Not only were we (bride and groom) impressed but our guests complimented the location and hospitality the ranch provided. We all thought it was beautiful and loved how we were able to experience all areas of the ranch and not just a specific place. Sierra and Montana, our coordinators from start to finish provided an amazing experience. Sierra, the day of the wedding was such a stress free day as soon as I got to the ranch. You graciously took care of everything and made it look perfect. Devin, our photographer also was amazing to capture all of these moments for us because I had left my phone in the bridal sweet, which is by the way the cutest room to have myself, bridesmaids, and mother get dressed for the day. My husband says the same about the grooms suite. Overall, we are still dreaming about it and wish we could relive it but this day will always be talked about and remembered because everything was just perfect. The couple that owns this venue is so sweet. They're super understanding and make you feel super comfortable when looking at the venue, booking, etc. My fiancé and I booked with them last year and we cannot wait for our wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning, multiple locations to have your ceremony, reception, etc. Packages are extremely helpful in covering all the things you need, and if the package they have doesn't cover what you want they provide tons of resources to help! The getting ready areas are on the sight as well so no extra travel needed day of which ik I'm grateful for! If I could rate them higher I would but it only lets me do 5 stars sooo !! read more

We went to a wedding their. Beautiful place but BOY do they have learning to do. First off photographer was amazing. Really nice, organized, clear with communication. Pictures look amazing. Other staff...NOT. First, it was hot...they can't obviously control that but they finally brought out a fan during dinner. Could have sone that during ceremony too. Ww got to dinner area and there was a big trough with ice and bottled drinks. Table which was for bartender. I ask where ice is for drinks and they inform us that the bartender will take ice from the trough for drink. REALLY! where everyones hand are and the inside of the metal trough I DON'T THINK SO. Maybe should inform the food/business license people about that. Then female owner says, " well we are working with the couples budget". WHAT!! A $3 bag of ice! Food was NOT good at all. The meat was so tough that the majority of us not only couldn't bite through it, we couldn't even cut it with a night. So don't order beef kabobs or you will regret that one. Again beautiful place. If they are going to last they hopefully have a huge list of lessons learned and fixes things. Oh and the staff with shorts and their butts hangin out...NOT professional and very tacky. read more
