I had some sap issues after parking under a tree, and although they were booked out, they took the time to give me helpful advice on how to safely remove some of it myself until I could bring it back in. When I did, they did a fantastic job--my car looked gorgeous. These guys have detailed the Supra a few times now and always do a good job and get it done quick. This time I requested PPF on the mirror caps, as it's a high impact area for debris, rocks, etc. I didn't bother to check the condition of them before I had the job done. Turns out there was one chip on the driver side mirror that was there. Not a huge chip but big enough to notice. I came to pick car up and didn't think anything of it, car was clean I was happy. Next day I did detailed inspection, and then noticed the chip but now, its covered up with PPF. I requested to remove the PPF so I could apply touch up paint, but was warned there is a risk of paint peeling, which I wasn't willing to accept. So I left it as is. Not a huge deal I can touch it up over the PPF. Lesson for everyone, inspect the car before you bring it in, and for the shop to do the same and note any defects and let owner know before doing the job. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I still plan on taking my vehicles there, like I said they do a great job. read more

I used this company for paint protection film (PPF) on my 2018 Tesla Model 3 right after I bought it. The car had been unwrapped for less than a week before they installed the film. From the start, the conversations were frustrating. When I raised concerns, it felt like I was being gaslit rather than being heard. At the same time, I brought another car to them for detailing, and that was also disappointing. It was basically a good car wash at best. The interior door sills/threshold area was still dirty. If I hadn't been in a rush to get the car to a seller, I would have refused payment. The PPF work itself was subpar, but I chose to live with it because I didn't want the stress of going back-and-forth with the owner. Fast forward to now: I need to remove the PPF to do some upgrades, and once the film started coming off, I found multiple knife cuts on the bumper from the original installation. The photos speak for themselves. This isn't a cosmetic preference issue. It's permanent damage. They might offer an attractive price, but you're taking a real risk on workmanship and accountability. Even if the installer who did my car isn't there anymore, the bigger issue is quality control: letting that level of work leave the shop, and then handling concerns with denial instead of ownership. read more

I recently had my 2025 BMW M3 Competition xDrive completely transformed by Concours Auto Spa in Torrance, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team performed a full color change PPF using Talo PPF - Matte Gunmetal, and the finish is flawless -- perfectly smooth, seamless edges, and a color transformation that makes the car look like absolutely unreal. They then applied a ceramic coating on top of the PPF, along with additional ceramic protection for the wheels and brake calipers, leaving everything with a rich, easy-to-clean finish. On top of that, they installed a full ceramic tint that dramatically improves cabin comfort without compromising visibility and fitted my aftermarket carbon fiber upgrades -- side mirror caps, side vent fenders, and a rear trunk spoiler -- all installed with perfect alignment and attention to detail. I've been going to Doug and Brett since 2018 when they first wrapped my Model 3; then in 2020 they took care of my wife's Model Y. PPF / Window Tinting / Ceramic Coating / caliper painting and detail / exterior add-ons, you name it, they can take care of it, 100% with the best quality and care. Recently they took care of my new Model S. Classically, the Model S had a panel issue where instead of being a gap, the panels were so close together the panels rubbed and actually took the wrap and the tesla paint off in a small section (by an inch wide, and inch tall). In 2 previous reviews, I mention I took a Tahoe in for paint correction. I had 2 accidents on the passenger side that I know the blending is tricky. The Rivali work had swirls at a certain angle of sunlight and I just chalk that up to the bad blending of the accident repars. Rivali asked to see it and they kept it for a couple days to fix it. It appears to be fixed. But, I know waxing can cover a lot and it eventually comes back over time. So, for now it looks great. I will give Rivali credit for wanting to make things right.
