I had a great experience with Rivali Paint Protection from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they were flexible and accommodating with my schedule, and the overall service was top-notch. I had PPF installed on my Porsche Taycan, and it came out looking fantastic. The quality of the work and attention to detail really show. Mark, the owner, was great to work with--professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in making sure his customers are happy. The entire staff was friendly and helpful as well. Overall, a great company that does quality work and stands behind its service. I'm very happy with how the Taycan turned out and would absolutely recommend Rivali to anyone looking for PPF or paint protection. read more

These guys have detailed the Supra a few times now and always do a good job and get it done quick. This time I requested PPF on the mirror caps, as it's a high impact area for debris, rocks, etc. I didn't bother to check the condition of them before I had the job done. Turns out there was one chip on the driver side mirror that was there. Not a huge chip but big enough to notice. I came to pick car up and didn't think anything of it, car was clean I was happy. Next day I did detailed inspection, and then noticed the chip but now, its covered up with PPF. I requested to remove the PPF so I could apply touch up paint, but was warned there is a risk of paint peeling, which I wasn't willing to accept. So I left it as is. Not a huge deal I can touch it up over the PPF. Lesson for everyone, inspect the car before you bring it in, and for the shop to do the same and note any defects and let owner know before doing the job. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I still plan on taking my vehicles there, like I said they do a great job. read more

Rivali Paint Protection - Clean Supra - Car Window Tinting Near Me - Torrance, California

Highly recommend. I had a great experience getting a wash and wax on my 2023 4Runner. Daniel, Bailey at the front desk, and Anthony were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. I had some sap issues after parking under a tree, and although they were booked out, they took the time to give me helpful advice on how to safely remove some of it myself until I could bring it back in. When I did, they did a fantastic job--my car looked gorgeous. The service was completed in just a couple of hours, and they offer a comfortable waiting area if you choose to stay, or you can simply drop off your vehicle. read more

I had PPF installed at Rivali. This is my first time installing PPF on a vehicle . The owner- Daniel- provided the highest level of customer service, explaining the process and what I can expect out of PPF . The final product looks incredible. Rivali Paint Protection - Off the lot shine! - Car Window Tinting Near Me - Torrance, California

I used this company for paint protection film (PPF) on my 2018 Tesla Model 3 right after I bought it. The car had been unwrapped for less than a week before they installed the film. From the start, the conversations were frustrating. When I raised concerns, it felt like I was being gaslit rather than being heard. At the same time, I brought another car to them for detailing, and that was also disappointing. It was basically a good car wash at best. The interior door sills/threshold area was still dirty. If I hadn't been in a rush to get the car to a seller, I would have refused payment. The PPF work itself was subpar, but I chose to live with it because I didn't want the stress of going back-and-forth with the owner. Fast forward to now: I need to remove the PPF to do some upgrades, and once the film started coming off, I found multiple knife cuts on the bumper from the original installation. The photos speak for themselves. This isn't a cosmetic preference issue. It's permanent damage. They might offer an attractive price, but you're taking a real risk on workmanship and accountability. Even if the installer who did my car isn't there anymore, the bigger issue is quality control: letting that level of work leave the shop, and then handling concerns with denial instead of ownership. read more

Highly recommended, great experience with these guys. They know their stuff and really care about explaining the process and making sure that you understand what you are getting. I recently had my 2025 BMW M3 Competition xDrive completely transformed by Concours Auto Spa in Torrance, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team performed a full color change PPF using Talo PPF - Matte Gunmetal, and the finish is flawless -- perfectly smooth, seamless edges, and a color transformation that makes the car look like absolutely unreal. They then applied a ceramic coating on top of the PPF, along with additional ceramic protection for the wheels and brake calipers, leaving everything with a rich, easy-to-clean finish. On top of that, they installed a full ceramic tint that dramatically improves cabin comfort without compromising visibility and fitted my aftermarket carbon fiber upgrades -- side mirror caps, side vent fenders, and a rear trunk spoiler -- all installed with perfect alignment and attention to detail. I worked directly with Doug and Brett, the owners, to schedule the entire project. They were incredibly accommodating, communicative, and professional. Despite the amount of work involved, the entire job was completed in about a week, which is impressive given the quality of the craftsmanship. Concours Auto Spa exceeded every expectation -- from their customer service to their meticulous workmanship, they set the bar high. If you want your vehicle to look its absolute best while knowing it's in the hands of true professionals, this is the place. I'm still in shock in how amazing my car looks and how many heads it turns. Highly recommended. read more

It's been several months since I got my Tahoe "paint corrected" after a couple accidents made blending marks in the clear coat and Rivali made a valiant effort to paint correct those swirls. As the new wax job wears down, I can see a bit of the swirls coming back, so a fresh wax job can cover a lot of blemishes that "paint correction" doesn't fix. I can not say Rivali caused issues with their paint correction, but I can say they can't make Taylor Swift look like Sydney Sweeney. read more

Rivali Paint Protection in Torrance has expertly paint corrected, wrapped, and ceramic coated five of my cars, and their work has been consistently excellent. They are professional, reputable, and clearly take pride in what they do. Their service is outstanding -- they kept me informed every step of the way, delivered on time, and most importantly, they really stand behind their work. It's rare to find a shop this reliable and detail-oriented. I seriously can't say enough good things about this place. Bailey and Daniel were both so great to work with. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and you can tell they really care about doing a good job. I brought my car in for detailing and window tinting, and wow... they went above and beyond. The attention to detail was incredible and my car honestly looked better than I expected when I picked it up. I'm usually pretty picky and have a hard time trusting people with my car, but they made me feel completely comfortable the whole time and definitely exceeded my expectations. Also, as a woman, I really appreciated that I was never oversold on anything or made to feel like I was being taken advantage of. That meant a lot. I even recommended them to my brother and he ended up going too, and he had an amazing experience as well. At this point I can confidently say I won't be going anywhere else. read more

Took my new vehicle in for the 9yr ceramic coating after speaking at length with the owner. I requested online a quote and he got back to me pronto. rather than a pushy salesman, I found a very informative owner who wanted to make sure that I was spending my money wisely and that I understood what ceramic coating would and would not do. I ended up getting the service which was and easy experience. Very professional from front to back. Even f/u with a one week post service wash and detail and includes a one year detail and inspection of the products performance. Excellent service, quality job, happy customer. read more

- CUSTOMER ORIENTED - Above and beyond the scope of work I wanted - Clearly take pride and stand by their work - The whole team is knowledgeable, professional, and personable I contacted Rivali (formerly Concours) in late November for PPF and was told about their 20% November promotion. Even though they were busy, they fit me into the schedule and it was well worth the wait. Since the promo was ending soon, I wasn't sure about adding tint and ceramic coating, but Daniel, the owner, assured me the discount would be honored if I added services later. Daniel was very approachable and knowledgeable when I came in to place the deposit--he explained the process, pros and cons, and made recommendations without any pressure. A couple weeks later I added tint and ceramic coating, and they honored the price. Just days before my appointment I scratched the car; they not only buffed out the scratch but also removed two other scratches I hadn't noticed! At pickup, Bailey walked me through the job and the PPF work was flawless and seamless. Daniel and the team even added extra PPF in high-wear areas at no charge. When I decided to add more PPF last minute (recommended from the beginning but decided against it at the time), the tech stayed late to get it done. The whole team went above and beyond, communicated expectations clearly, and scheduled follow-ups to ensure everything settles perfectly. Left with my car looking pristine. Rivali truly puts customers first--their service and workmanship speak for themselves. Highly recommend. read more

I've been going to Doug and Brett since 2018 when they first wrapped my Model 3; then in 2020 they took care of my wife's Model Y. PPF / Window Tinting / Ceramic Coating / caliper painting and detail / exterior add-ons, you name it, they can take care of it, 100% with the best quality and care. Recently they took care of my new Model S. Classically, the Model S had a panel issue where instead of being a gap, the panels were so close together the panels rubbed and actually took the wrap and the tesla paint off in a small section (by an inch wide, and inch tall). Doug / Brett worked with me while I got the dang issue taken care of; then I brought it back and they finished it up. Model S in satin black ppf, w/ window tint, ceramic coating and more. Freaking love it! If you want any detailing done on your care, and you want it done right, you come to these guys. Cheers. read more
