Based on recommendation, also ordered pizza fritta-a monstrous calzone that is fried and filled with tasty buffalo ricotta and pork cracklings-enough for two. A Naples dish and they did it right. My wife and I were able to get in immediately with our three kids on the back patio area with a wonderful view of the sea. The staff and patrons of the restaurant were very kind and professional. They spoke decent English too which is never a requirement but always helpful. I had the Fettuccine with calamari, shrimp, and clams and it was AMAZING. We also had a couple pizzas to split for the family which were also very good (as you'd expect in Sicily)and a beer. The bill total was €66 which is really not too bad considering 1. It's Taormina and 2. It was enough food to feed two adults and three kids with leftovers.
