The suckling pig was beautifully cooked but the potatoes were weirdly inconsistent; some crisp and others mushy. Il Fornacino is a good restaurant that would be the best restaurant around in most places, but the five-star bar is set pretty high in Tuscany. We weren't very hungry because we had salami, cheese and bread while wine tasting in Montepulciano this afternoon.
