I had gotten quotes from various car services and All County was by far the lowest. Their communication and service was outstanding during the entire process, from the initial quote, additional questions I had along the way, to confirmation of the pickup, driver information and meeting place. My driver Nestor was terrific, especially considering the Friday evening traffic getting out of the city. I would not hesitate to use them again next time I'm in the NYC area.

I requested a quote for an airport ride within Westchester and was quoted $180 one way. I declined the reservation via email. After that, I received a phone call that I did not answer, followed by a text message asking why I declined and whether it was due to price. I replied that the cost didn't make sense for us compared to parking or other options. The response that followed included a condescending commentary about the type of service being offered, which I found off-putting and ultimately prompted this review. While the company is entitled to its pricing and positioning, I found the follow-up after a clear decline unnecessary. For a service that bills itself as "luxury," the level of tact and professionalism leaves much to be desired, especially at that price point.

When you're a solo female traveler and don't have a trusted friend or family member to give you a ride to the airport early in the morning or late at night, Uber, Lyft and local sketchy taxi companies in Westchester are not great options. I found Elite a few years back by the recommendation of a neighbor and they have been my go to for airport service ever since. I pay a few bucks more, but I know when I schedule a pick up at 5:00 am on a weekday, a very courteous driver in a clean, spacious SUV is picking me up on time and getting me to JFK or Newark without any anxiety or fear for my safety. I recently suggested Elite to a friend and she also had the same experience. Highly recommend.
